Sunstreaker Part 2

It's been a few months since (Y/N) got with Sunstreaker and she couldn't be any happier. Despite her father not really approving the fact his daughter is dating an Autobot (much less Sunstreaker of all mechs), he saw how happy (Y/N) was and kept his opinion to himself.

One day, (Y/N) was relaxing on the hood of Sunstreaker's alt-mode when her phone buzzed with an incoming message. She grabbed her phone and looked to see who had messaged her, causing Sunstreaker to activate his holoform out of curiosity of who it could be. The mech couldn't see who had contacted (Y/N), but he noticed a smile start to grow on the girl's lips as she responded to the text. Sunstreaker continued trying to read what was going on, but (Y/N) would either turn so he couldn't read the texts or hide the screen of her phone away from him. It was starting to annoy him, but then again she was allowed privacy as well.

"Hey Sunstreaker?" (Y/N) asked with slight nervousness. "Could you take me to the mall? It's just down the road from here."

"Of course, love. Is there a reason you're going to the mall?" Sunstreaker asked as he deactivated his holoform and opened the passenger side door for the girl.

"I'm just meeting up with an old friend. Don't worry about me, ya jealous mech." (Y/N) teased with a smile as she hopped into the golden lamborgini.

The twin grunted as he drove out of the hanger they were chilling in and made his way to the mall with the help of (Y/N). Just like she said, it wasn't far from base and had pulled up to the mall doors. (Y/N) smiled as she instantly recognized her old friend, Daniel. Sunstreaker activated his holoform and parked his alt-mode. He leaned over slightly to kiss (Y/N)'s cheek, but she quickly got out of the vehicle and shut the door before walking over to the human boy. Sunstreaker watched in slight shock and hurt as his girlfriend and this other boy walked inside the building before slowly driving back to base.

That wasn't the last time he had to take (Y/N) to hangout with Daniel. It seemed like every other day, he had to take her somewhere to meet up with the young man, and it didn't sit well with Sunstreaker. It didn't take long for the gold Autobot to feel neglected and jealous. He started thinking (Y/N) didn't love him anymore, and maybe preferred Daniel over him because he was of the same species. Unfortunately, Sunstreaker started letting his jealousy take control. Whenever (Y/N) was around, he was constantly by her side and wouldn't allow her to do anything alone anymore. Whenever someone came to talk to him or (Y/N), he'd snap at them and tell them off; even to his twin brother, Sideswipe. Not only that, but he was constantly trying to get (Y/N) to actually spend time with him, but to no avail. She was always going out to hang with Daniel.

On one unfortunate day, Sunstreaker was by (Y/N)'s side like usual. Normally, (Y/N) didn't mind. But today she got fed up with his behavior and not being able to spend two seconds alone. Much to her relief, Optimus called Sunstreaker over to discuss something. She noticed he was hesitant to leave her side. She gently placed her hand on his back and smiled softly at him once he looked down at her.

"It's alright. I'll still be here when you finish." She lied. She was planning on hiding somewhere to get some sort of space and time to herself.

Sunstreaker stared at her for a moment before sighing and walking over to Optimus. Taking the chance, (Y/N) snuck out of the room. She walked outside and towards the only tree within the base grounds. It wasn't small, but it wasn't the largest either. Just big enough to create enough shade for her to sit or lay in, and that's what she did. She sat against the tree in the shade and sighed in relief as a cool breeze blew by. She didn't even realize she had fallen asleep until she felt her shoulder being shaken hard. (Y/N) jumped awake and looked around with wide eyes, instantly spotting Sunstreaker.
