His quirks (some of them)

This is a list of his quirks that he can control (he will unlock more later)

Chokehold:
Allows the user to choke someone by holding on to any part of their body
Drawback: None

Sans- I mean Psychokinesis:
Allows the user to lift a maximum of 2 tons up and freely move around anything they can see up to a distance of 5 km
Drawback: if they lift over 2 tons it will start to compress killing any living thing being held and destroying anything inanimate.

Repair:
Any wounds the user sustains will heal at an unnatural rate naturally and, when exposed directly to oxygen, around 4x as fast as the regeneration normally
Drawback: the user feels twice the pain of the initial wound

Gas Leak: allows the user to exhale any gas of their choice
Drawback: they are not completely immune to the gasses effect and they have extremely loud and raspy/labored breathing. Also overuse of the quirk or it being out of control will lead to it shutting down for a period of time.

Electroparalysis:
by building up a static charge the user can shock someone but it will shit down their nerves temporarily paralyzing the person
Drawback: if used to many times it can lead to both the user and victim permanently paralyzed.

Pain Swap:
The user is able to heal any person of any injuries
Drawback: they receive the injury themself and because of his repair quirk some injuries (like all might's for example) would be so painful he'd die.

Blizzard Breath:
I stole that shit from Ben 10. It allows the user to breathe air so cold that they freeze anything it touches. It's literally big chill from Ben 10
Drawback: the user is not immune to the cold so they can become frost bitten even though they cannot be frozen by the ice itself
