"Damn my back hurts like hell" Izuku grunted.
"That makes sense" laughs a certain bunny girl. Izuku just pouted at Miruko.
"You're Mean Rumi" Izuku said fake annoyed. They made a moment of eye contact trying to keep straight faces. Needless to say they failed pretty quickly. Both busting into laughter. That knew each other pretty well. Even though nezu adopted him she was like his aunt or even mother at this point. "Oh you should know..." said Izuku going in to whisper the last part "I think dad has the hots for Rei Todoroki" Rumi was clueless as to who that is. "Endeavor's ex wife" her face contorted into one of shock.
"No. Fucking. Way" she began to grin. Izuku also grinned and nodded
"Wanna know the best part?" She nodded rapidly. "She likes him back" Rumi's grin went from Wide to Grinch mode. They were laughing about random stuff for another hour while they sparred. When they were done they decided to watch some TV. About halfway between an episode of Seishun Buta Yarō (GREAT FUCKING SHOW DEFINITELY WATCH IT! It's called Rascal Does Not Dream Of Bunny Girl Senpai in English) the show was interrupted by an emergency broadcast being played to everyone in Hosu. "The area is under attack by multiple creatures. There have already been 44 reported casualties. All citizens are recommended to evacuate the area" Izuku and Rumi nodded to each other and ran to put on their hero outfits. Once outside they ran full speed towards the chaos. They were very close when Izuku spotted something. Iida. Running into an alleyway. Izuku looked back but didn't see him anymore. This worried him immensely. He stopped Rumi. He briefly summed up what he saw hypothesizing that Iida was after the hero killer for hurting his brother. Rumi nodded, and gave him permission to use his quirk if he comes into contact with the hero killer. Izuku ran into the alley to be met with Iida being stabbed right in the back!
