Chapter 16 : o b l i v i o n

   A knock on the door echoes in the room, making all heads turn.

- Do you think it's the foundation ? isn't it too soon for them to come back ?" Noriaki asks to the whole group.

- I have no Idea Kakyoin, the best way to know is to open that door." Joseph says as he gets up and goes to the door, opening it.

- Hello again sir, we are here to take you and your comrades to the residence of Daisuke Kakyoin." A member of the speedwagon foundation says.

- Great, we are coming, give me a short moment, please." Joseph goes back to the group.

- So we are finally going to kick his ass ?"Jotaro asks, not hiding his impatience.

- Yes, this gentleman here will drive us to the place where he lives ." Joseph points at the man standing in front of the doorframe awkwardly.

  The three boys starts leaving the room when Noriaki asks :

- Holly, are you coming with us ?

- No, I'm not the type of person who fights, besides I'll just be a burden if I come with you. So I'm staying here with Reiko." The blonde woman says with a smile.

- That's good, we don't need anyone to slow us down." Jotaro says, continuing his way to the car.

- Sorry for what he just said, Jotaro can't wait to get there." Kakyoin apologies.

- It's alright, my boy ! He's always like this. After all I'm his mother, so I'm used to him being so rude !" Holly chuckles.

The oldest joestar signs Kakyoin to hurry up and get in the car.

- Anyways. We better be leaving, this bastard's ass is not going to kick itself. Wish us luck !" The redhead waves at the two ladies.

- Good luck !" The two mothers yell as the car exits the propriety.

- Please be careful !" Reiko shouts.

- So here we are..." Joseph says.

The ride was dead silent. No one speaks. The tension unbearable.

- Alright so, is there any policemen there yet ?" The old man asks, breaking the silence.

- Yes, they said they'd send around ten policemen. We are four s.p.w members assigned, including me.

- Great ! Maybe we won't even have to do anything, maybe he will surrender, since he is out numbered." Joseph give a smile to the boys.

The two teenagers at the back of the car stay silent.

- Though I'm sure you two want to fight him for what he did." He then turns back around, disappointed in his failure to make at least one of the teens smile.

Jotaro squeezes his coat in his hand, of course he wants to beat the shit out of that bastard. But it won't be that easy. After all, his enemy is a very powerful stand user.

The rest of the ride was dead silent.

When they finally arrive, four police cars and a single white s.p.w car where parked outside Daisuke's house, whose truck was a few meters farther down the street. The policemen where taking cover behind the few cars. They are equipped with handguns.
