Nomus and wounds

Prompt: none really. Just wanted to write my MHA oc a lil mini fic and get a feel of how he works. He's a little different now but ya know.

Soren shot himself into the air with a blast of lightning to the ground. He snarled and shot another blast at the nomu, baring his teeth. His free hand moved to tap the ear piece in his ear. "Endeavor! You slacking?" He asked with a snicker. A huff on the other end followed but no real answer. The hero rolled his eyes as he continued to fight the nomu.

He landed roughly on one of the nomu's head, crushing it under his heel from the impact. Soren snarled at the now dead nomu, stepping off it. "Seriously Endeavor. Hurry up and take down more of these." He spat into the com link. In his frustration he failed to see the nomu sneak up behind him. "Soren if you don't shut up—"

The hero was thrown halfway down the street as the nomu's fist hit his back. Soren hit the ground and rolled several feet away. He coughed roughly, swearing a rib was broken or fractured. He forced himself to sit up, glaring at the nomu. "Endeavor?" He tried to ask only to yelp and remove his earpiece as a screech of static was his answer. Soren huffed and pocketed the broken equipment.

He looked to the creature and snarled, baring his teeth. "That fucking hurt." He spoke as he used the back of his hand to wipe away the blood. His arms and hands sparked violently as he readied himself to attack. Only, he couldn't. Soren coughed as a different nomu punched him in the gut. He collapsed to his knees, coughing heavily. He winced and stood up as he shot two blasts of lightning at the nomu targeting him.

"Endeavor, c'mon. I could use some help." He mumbled under his breath. Soren quickly dashed behind the nomu, shooting lightning at the creatures. He glanced to the sky before cursing under his breath. It wasn't raining which meant he couldn't surge as easily. He bit his lip and decided against it for now. If he got targeted by more nomu then he would, but for now he could handle two.

Soren continued to fight the nomu, killing one eventually. But just as quickly as the one had dropped, another took its place. This one was in the air, giant wings connected to its shoulders keeping it up. "Fuck, this isn't good. I can't handle one in the air and one on the ground." He panted heavily, wincing as he felt pain in his chest. "I hate to say it but Endeavor, I really could use your help."

His arms sparked heavily as he launched himself at the nomu in the air. Soren saw the ground nomu's arm reach out for him and his eyes widened. He slammed his other foot down on the arm, using it to propel himself towards the air nomu. He grabbed onto the air nomu's ankle, snarling. The creature screamed in pain as Soren's surging reaching it. "Enough playtime!" He snapped and used a blast of lightning to shoot into the air higher, dragging the nomu with him.

Soren snarled once he was high enough. He spun around so his feet were planted on the creature's chest. He aimed his arms up and shot a blast that sent the two of them hurdling towards the ground. He knew he'd definitely feel some of the recoil of hitting the ground but he didn't currently care. He could take care of his injuries later.

The crater left in the ground from the impact near killed the nomu. Soren swore he heard its ribs cracking but he couldn't care less. He went to turn towards the ground nomu only for his eyes to widen in fear. The nomu grabbed Soren's face, lifting him up by his head. The hero screamed in fear as he attempted to shock the creature into letting go. Instead it grew angry and began to drag him across the ground.
