a monsoon destroys cities
an avalanche buries settlements
but a raindrop floods an ant colony
a cut wrist shakes many
a suicide shakes more that that
a death devastates hundreds
but a dead goldfish depresses a little girl
a yell flips stomachs
a shout alerts brains
a scream sends people insane
but a whimper breaks hearts
