Chapter 4: Surprises Planned

My attention was pulled away from my breakdown for a split second. I looked over at my bag and pulled my cell out. I sniffled as I tried to compose myself before turning my phone on. Once I did, I opened my phone to see a message from George, via Twitter. I sniffled again, perking an eyebrow as I opened Twitter, and going straight to his message.

I recollected myself before looking at George's messages. "Why would he even be texting me?" I thought as I wiped away the lasts of my tears before finally bringing myself to open his messages.

Hey! I'm sorry if I was bothering but I heard that you live in the same state as Dream, right? Sorry if the question is so direct or personal. I was just wondering for a surprise that Sapnap and I had planned for him.

But anyways- I recently got my green card, so Sapnap and I planned on traveling to Florida to visit Dream on his birthday!

Wait, Clay's birthday is this month??

Damn, first name basis are we? Since when??
Also yeah his birthday is on the 21st, so next week

I just chuckled as I typed my final message. My tears no longer flowing- but still threatening to spill out. I just stifled my cry as I wiped my tears- a small saddened smile on my face. I gave myself a minute to fully calm down before turning my car on.

I pulled my car out of it's parking spot and headed back to the supermarket. It took me a couple of minutes before arriving in the grocery store's parking lot. I parked my car near the store's entrance and retracted my key from the ignition before grabbing my bag and heading inside the store.

I walked through the automatic doors- grabbing a basket as I walked in before walking through the different isles. It was weird though, I restocked the house with snacks and whatnot about 2 days ago. Then again, I bought food I'd like- not necessarily food that he'd like since he hasn't been home for a week. Regardless, I bought some snacks I knew he liked- some cookies, biscuits, etc.
