Recap...

I walked over to her bed and gently laid her atop it. Draping her soft f/c comforter over her- up to her shoulders. I looked at the sleeping girl- jeez how she makes me so happy. I brought my hand up to her face, tucking a few loose strands of hair behind her ear before placing a gentle kiss on her forehead.

"I won't let him ever hurt you again Y/n, I promise..." I whispered beneath my breath as I drew myself away from her- walking towards her door and leaving her alone to rest.

Y/n's POV

My eyes fluttered as I slowly began waking up. Seeing another unfamiliar room. The walls plain white, and the blanket that covered me a lovely f/c- soft to the touch. I slowly sat up and looked around the new room. A desk on the opposite side of the room from me, a door beside it, and another to the right of the other door.

I slowly sat up, the comforter pooling at my lap. I rubbed my eyes- hoping to lessen the sleepiness, only to notice the grey sleeves of an unfamiliar hoodie. It took me a minute to realize that it was George's from yesterday- took me longer to remember that he had offered it to me.

Confused on where I was, I swung my legs to hang off the edge of the bed and quickly stood up. Only for my legs to give up and force me to sit back down. Right, I'm still not use to walking.

This time as I stood up, I gripped the wooden bedside table. Walking towards the door beside the desk- leaning against the walls as I walked towards it. Once I made it towards the door, I opened it- seeing a room with empty shelves and a metal bar that held up a couple clothe hangers. Another door at the end of the closet like room.

Instead of entering the other door, I closed the closet door and looked around- seeing the second door on my right. I slowly made my way towards the second door- still leaning against the wall. Once I made it there, I opened the door- seeing a hallway with 4 other doors within it. I walked into the hallway, seeing a set of stairs to my left. The other end of the hallway going nowhere.

Having no choice, I walked towards the stairs. Holding the staircase's rail tightly as I stepped down each step. Eventually walking into a huge living room that was connected to an equally beautiful kitchen. Seeing three familiar boys sitting on an L shaped couch that faced a flat-screen TV.

I stepped off the last step and immediately leaned onto the closest wall- beginning to lean a little less every time I moved. As I walked towards the boys I felt a little more confident and began to push myself away from the wall to walk on my own. My legs wobbling slightly as I walked towards them but for the most part I was walking- on my own must I add. Just as I was about to reach the back of the couch I tripped over my own feet. Welp.

A loud thud resulting from my fall- making the boys' head immediately turn in my direction. "Y/n??" I heard Nick exclaim as I heard a pair of footsteps make it's way towards me.

"Dammit, I was doing so good too" I muttered under my breathe. Soon feeling a hand on my shoulder- looking up to see Nick look at me with a worried expression. "I'm fine, I'm fine" I chuckled.

"Well you're the one on the floor" Nick chuckled, offering a hand. I took his hand in mine and slowly stood up.

"You walked all the way down here?" I heard Clay ask.

"Yeah" I chuckled. "It took me like 15 minutes" I sighed, letting go of Nick after finally regaining my balance.

"You sure you'll be fine?" Nick asked.

I just chuckled. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I just tripped over my own feet" I guiltily smiled, rubbing the back of my neck as I made my way around the couch. Nick trailing beside me to make sure I wouldn't fall. Sitting down on the couch beside George, Nick sitting on the other side of me.
