Jin Ling got to the hospital, his hands shaking from the excitement of Zhao's request. He went through all the familiar nurses just to find Zhu Hong exiting the sleeping room looking as grumpy as ever. He was about to ask when he saw Fire Macho storm right out. It seemed like they were fighting every time they had the opportunity to.

He finally found Zhao standing near a few nurses, checking out the charts as Little Guo rushed at him, seeming as distraught as ever. His flushed face and shaking hands told how much he respected and was scared about the doctor in front of him.

He could only observe the scene in front of him before Guo Ying appeared, pointing his finger on the flowers.

"I'm sure he's pissed that Zhao ordered a bunch of flowers." Jin Ling jumped at the voice as the Ghost Nurse approached him. For some reason she was called that way for always appearing from behind and disappearing from sight when not needed.

Jin Ling sighed, acknowledging her before turning back to the drama.

"Chief Zhao probably said it was his nephew who ordered them." Jin Ling observed, stroking his chin.

"Little Guo would never do such a thing." The nurse chuckled looking over.

Right before he had the chance to see his friend, a male passed by, his hair slicked back in a traditional way. His suit fit him perfectly and everything about his looks screamed that he was someone important. For some reason he even seemed sympathetic as he waved at Wang Zheng, her face instantly lighting up.

Sang Zan passed them, approaching a patient's door when Zhao seemed much more distracted by it than the drama at hand and Guo's uncle in front of him. He absentmindedly smiled and tried the fastest ways possible to get out of the scolding the uncle inflicted on both of them.

Sang Zan watched Wang Zheng as long as he could without seeming suspicious when he thought of how to approach the beautiful lady. Maybe he would wait for her to get Shen Wei his pills and skip a few meetings.

He entered the male's room that seemed dark at first, the curtains closed as the male didn't even get out of there. The food that stood there seemed forgotten and out of place as Shen Wei, drenched with sweat lay on the bed. He fiddled with his hands, groaning at the pain his fractured ribs and pelvis inflicted. He squeezed the blankets before moving his legs in a way that seemed to hurt him even more judging by the way he scrunched up his face.

"Shen Wei." Sang Zan shook his shoulder, to no avail.

"Shen Wei!" The male suddenly stopped fiddling with the blanket, as his upper body striked upwards, a shout breaking the silence.

The patient scrunched up his face, his body falling back on the bed as he couldn't contain his scream. His panicking colleague was about to get the nurse when the Chief Doctor himself rushed in.

He looked over at the patient, running up to him, understanding the situation clearly. Shen Wei opened his eyes that were tightly shut as he smelled the familiar perfume. He was revealed that the doctor was here, for some reason knowing that he would be safe from pain. At least after a while.

"Jesus…. don't make rash movements. I thought you lawyers are the brainy type of group." He muttered, slowly lowering the bed, Shen Wei's hot hand suddenly covering one of Zhao's as the male made it seem like he didn't notice.

Shen Wei, not understanding his own movements , filled with pain didn't question his brain that only wanted a cool touch and a ton of morphine. He shut his eyes tightly before getting a few injections. He didn't ask what it was, only getting a light 'thank you' out as he succumbed to sleep.

He felt the peace of cloth that wiped off his sweat and wiped at his chest before he could peacefully sleep.
