"Is he picking you up?" Lola asked.
"I don't know.. he just asked me to go to dinner with him.." I replied.
"Do you like him?"
"Uh.. I don't know.. he's.. attractive.."
"Yeah, he is.. but I swear if he hurts you, I will kick his ass!"
"I don't even know where we are going to dinner."
"Oh wait! I have his number!"
"What? You do?" I ask.
"Yeah! Here, tell him you aren't coming," she said taking out her phone and handing it to me.
"I'll just use my phone, let me see the number," I took out my phone and dialed his number.
"Bail on that jerk!" she said.
"It's ringing.." I told her.
Aiden's POV:
My phone rang. I picked it up.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Uh.. hi.." the person said.
"Who's this?" I asked.
"Who are you talking to?" Noelle asked me.
"It's Charlotte.. where do you want to meet?"
"Oh! Charlotte, um.. I can pick you up."
"No, it's okay. My house is a little complicated to get to."
"Okay, we'll meet at park near the huge lake first, then we'll go to dinner," I told her.
"Okay," she replied.
We both hung up.
"Are you cheating on me?!" Noelle snapped.
"We aren't even serious," I told her.
"Us, or you and her?" she asks.
"Both," I said then got up from the bed. "I gotta get ready for my little date."
She pull my hand and said, "You're gonna go on a stupid little date? You should spend your 'date' on me."
"Hm.." I said thinking.
"Come on, would you rather be bored or have fun?" she asked then winked at me.
"Eh, fuck it." I said then got back on the bed making out with her.
Charlotte's POV:
"Park near the huge lake?" Lola asks. "The fuck?"
"Yeah, we're meeting there first, then we'll go eat dinner," I told her.
"I'm going with you."
"No, Lola. It's okay."
"Come on, please. What if he bails on you?! You're like a little sister to me!"
"He won't bail on me, and little? I'm 17 and you're 16."
Lola is my uncle, Brodie's, and my aunt, Karina's, daughter. She's 16, but she's in the same grade as me, 11th/junior. She's really smart, and she skipped a grade because of her brain. Me, I have trouble with school because I was told by my parents that I had a brain tumor when I was in my mom's womb.
"Right.. have fun!" she said with a smile.
