        Aiden's POV:

I walked towards Charlotte to talk to her.

        "Hey," I first spoke.

"Hi.." she said then blushed a little.

"Look, Char. I'm sorry I stood you up."

        "It's okay, Aiden..."

"And I'm sorry that I was-"

        "Don't speak of it.."

"Sorry... would you like to go on a date with me?" I asked.

        Charlotte's POV:

        "Um..."

Lola came over to us and said, "Of course she will, Aiden!"

        "Lola.." I said.

"You can say no.. if you want," he said then frowned.

        "Um.."

        "It's okay, Char."

He turned around and I said, "No, Aiden. Um.. sure."

He turned back around with a smile on his face.

"Awesome, I'll come by and pick you up."

"Wait, but you don't know where I live.."

        "I'll figure it out."

"Alright, what time?" I asked before he left.

"4pm. Get ready," he said then left.

        Charlotte's POV:

"Oh my god! You have a date!" my mom said excitedly.

"Yeah mom.. with the guy that stood me up.." I said to her.

"Come on, let's go upstairs! Let's get you all dolled up! You're leaving in an hour!" Lola said.

We went upstairs and she picked out a dress from my closet.

        "That one," I said.

"No. It's too plain." she said. "Here, why won't you choose."

I went into my closet and took out a black tube dress. I put it on and showed her.

"Cute! I mean.. sexy! That is his type!" she squealed.

       "Shoes," I said.

She chose out a pair of black high heels and hand it to me.

        "No," I said.

"Okay, then. But why do you even own it?" she asks.

        "It's my mom's," I told her.

        "Oh."

I took out a pair of black flats and put it on.

"That works," she said. "Make up!"

        "I'll do it myself."

I put on a little bit of makeup only. What I usually do when I go to school.

        "That's it?!" Lola asked.

"Yeah, this is what I usually do," I said then shrugged.

        "Just a little more."

She put more makeup on me.

"Ta da! All done!" she said then smiled.

I looked at myself in the mirror.

"Not bad. I like it. Do you think he'll like it?" I ask.

        "Of course he will!"
