Chapter 23: Fallen In Love With The Bad Boy

"Oh shit!" I said while getting up from Aiden's arms.

He got up and asks, "What's wrong?"

"We slept here last night!"

I grabbed my bag and reached in for my phone.

"It's 11am!"

"11am? So what?" he asks rubbing his eyes.

"We're late for school!" I exclaimed. "Let's go!"

I got up and he said, "It's Saturday, Char."

"Oh.. but still! We slept here last night! My parents probably waited all night for me! They're going to kill me!"

Aiden pulled up on my driveway.

I opened the door but he pulled me and gave me a quick kiss on the lips and said, "Bye."

I waved goodbye and ran to my house. I got out my keys and slowly unlocked my door hoping that my parents or Charlie wasn't there sitting on the couch.

I unlocked it and quietly ran up the stairs.

"I know you just got home, Char," I heard Charlie's voice coming from the living room.

I went to the living room and said, "You cannot tell mom or dad."

He looked at me and asks, "I won't, but where were you last night? How come you didn't come home last night?"

"I.. uh.. was out. I slept at Lola's house.." I said avoiding his eyes.

"You're such a bad liar," he said then chuckled.

"What, Charlie?! I really did sleep over at Lola's!" I told him.

"Mom and dad called and asked if you were over there and they said that you weren't," he said crossing his arms.

"I..-"

He put his hand out and said, "No more excuses, my twin. I know that you were with Aiden. He's who you were last with."

"Fine, you got me. We accidently fell asleep at the beach.." I gave in.

He pointed at me and ask, "Did you guys do anything?"

"No," I shook my head.

"Hm.." He said eyeing me like a hawk.

"Alright, fine. We may of kissed.."

"You what?! Char! You're dating Nate, his brother!" he yelled.

"I know.. but they aren't blood related brothers.."

"Do you still like Nate?" he asks.

"I..-"

"You don't have to answer that, Charlotte." I heard a familiar voice behind me spoke.

I turned around to see that it was Nate.

"Nate.. I..-"

"I heard everything. I know how you feel," he said.

He came up to me and I dropped my bags to the ground. He grabbed my hand and kissed me on the forehead.

"I know you love Aiden.. and I know he loves you too.. So.. I think.. we should break up.. so you two could be together," he told me truthfully, looking at me in the eye.

"Nate.. I'm so sorry," I told him.

"It's okay, Charlotte. You don't have to apologize. I know how you feel about Aiden. And I know how he feels about you. You love each other."

"Are you mad at me and Aiden?" I ask him.

"No. I'm not. Aiden and I made up. I want you two to be together."

"Are you sure you won't regret it?"

He shook his head, "No, I won't. You two are great together."

I was in my room thinking about what I did to Nate. I felt horrible. I didn't love Nate the way I love Aiden. I love Nate, I do. But just in a friendly way.

I heard my phone buzz and I reached over to look at the screen. It was Aiden.

He texted, "Hi pretty lady. (;"

I texted back, "Hey :D"

"What are u up to?"

"Nothing, just chillin' in my room. Y? You coming over?"

"IDK. But I heard that u cleared things with Nate. I'm sorry that I ruined ur relationship with him. I knew you liked him but I just couldn't stop myself from liking and loving u."

"It's ok, Aiden. I didn't love him in that way. We made up. We're just friends now, Nate and I."

"OK.. so what r we?"

I was thinking when he texted me asking what we are.

"Idk. wat do u want us to b?"

"You wanna be my girlfriend? <3 (;"

"Over a text message? Ew! No!! >:P"

I put my phone on my desk and took a 10 minute nap.

I heard the doorbell rang. Nobody was home so I went downstairs to get. I opened the door to see Aiden, holding a bouquet of roses.

He kneeled down, handing the flowers to me and ask, "Will you be my girlfriend, Charlotte?"

I smiled and took the bouquet of flowers and said, "Yes."

He got up and he wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He pulled me up so I could wrap my legs around his waist. I accidently dropped the roses and he kissed me. He decided to kiss my neck. We went upstairs and I layed on my bed. He took off his shirt and threw it on the ground. He bend down to press his lips onto mines. I took off my shirt and he kissed my neck. He decided to lay down and I was on top of him, making out with him. We both took off our pants and was now just in our undies.

The Next Day...

Aiden and I woke up. I was in the bathroom fixing my hair and Aiden was in my room buttoning up his shirt.

"I'm your first, right?" he asks while walking towards me.

He wrapped his arms around me and I said, "Yeah. But I know I'm not your first."

He sighed and said, "I wish."

I turned around and gave him a quick kiss and ask, "But I'm the one that you love, right?"

"Yes you are, Charlotte," he said then smiled.

He pressed his lips onto mines and I kissed him deeper.

We pulled back and he said, "I love you so much, Charlotte. I've fallen in love with you."

"I love you so much too, Aiden. And I've fallen in love with you, the bad boy. But in a good way." I told him then we both laughed.

We both leaned in and kissed.
