"Shiro, do you really have to?" Keith whispered.

"We were treated like dirt Keith." Shiro spoke. "I'm doing this for the kids."

"I know you don't want them to be treated how we were." Keith said as his brother began to walk to the front door. "But leaving Adam behind, leaving them behind. I don't think that's what they want."

Shiro ignored the male as they met Adam and the kids outside.

Shiro gave Adam a quick peck on the cheek and ruffled his kids heads before he walked down to the carriage.

Keith stood next to Adam as Jack and Juno ran towards the carriage.

"Daddy! No! Wait!"

"Daddy!"

Shiro waved at the family, before telling the people up front to go.

Keith understood what Shiro wanted. But did Shiro understand what his husband and kids wanted the most?

. . . .

"It's everything you ever want." Keith whispered, getting ready to perform. "It's everything you ever need. And it's here right in front of you. This is where you wanna be."

"So." Pidge stood in front of the male, wiggling her eyebrows. "You and Lance? Last night? How'd it go?"

Keith looked at Pidge and shook his head. "I don't want to talk about it." He mumbled.

Pidge frowned. "Did something happen?"

"Pidge." Keith stopped her. "I don't want to talk about it."

"Sorry." The girl apologized. "Listen, if you ever want to talk, you know where I am."

"Thanks Pidgeon." Keith let out a sigh and stood off of the stool he was sitting on. "Let's go put on a show, yeah?"

On the other side, Lance helped everyone get ready for their performances.

We can see the whole world down below

He glanced over, watching Keith swing through the air.

We're walkin' a tightrope

Never sure

Keith swung himself once more before letting go of his bar, reaching for Pidge's hands.

Will you catch me if I should fall?

Keith's and Pidge's fingers brushed each others before Keith fell towards the ground, his arms crossing over his chest.

The group below him caught the male as their show came to an end.

Lance jogged out towards them, holding his hand out for Keith to take.

The shorter male glanced at him before taking it as some people cheered and some shouted words he wished he could block out.

The group bowed before people began to walk out of the building.

"Hey, thank you very much for coming. Tell your friends and neighbors!"

"What a wonderful show!"

"Who enjoyed themselves? You? You? Tell everyone how much fun you had at the circus! New acts every night!"

"Hey! Ring Master!"

"Gentlemen, gonna have to ask you to leave." Lance spoke politely as Pidge stood next to him.

The men snickered. "This is our town, son."
