"You know, Lance." Keith cleared his throat as they stood in the middle of the circus. "I thought you would be more boring."

"I can be if you want me to be."

"God no." Keith laughed. "Please don't."

Lance grinned.

The sound of people shouting caught Keith's attention.

"You freaks are still here!?"

Keith tensed up and let go of the rope he was holding in his hand, going to find his friends, but also getting ready to fight.

"Keith." Lance stopped the male, grabbing his arms. "Don't start anything. I'll handle it."

"I need to show them their place." Keith snapped. "So let me."

Lance shook his head. "No." He replied. "Stay here."

"Keith, just listen to the man before you put someone in the hospital."

"Aren't you sick of this, Pidge?" Keith turned to her. "You're just going to let them continue with this."

"I mean, yeah." Pidge shrugged. "I learned to block them out, their words don't mean shit to mean. I think you should learn to do the same. Beside's, we have a show in an hour, so no fights."

Keith grumbled and walked away from the two.

"Block them out."

. . . .

"Can she sing?"

"Well I hope so." Shiro answered his brother, fixing his bow.

"You mean, you set this whole show up, without knowing if she can sing." Keith mumbled. "You can be an idiot sometimes."

"Hey!"

"I'm just saying." Keith chuckled. "If she can't sing, I'm slapping you upside the head."

"I'll hold you to it."

. . . .

The standing room.

Was Shiro really that ashamed of them? Was he so ashamed that he had to hide them from the rest of the crowd?

Keith met his brother's in laws eyes which help sympathy in them.

'I'm sorry.' Adam mouthed. 'I'll slap him later.'

Keith chuckled. 'Thank you.'

A body brushed up against him, causing him to glance to the person it was.

Lance looked back at him before focusing on the stage.

The curtain shifted, revealing Shiro who walked forward.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you for your patience."

"He's out of his element."

"What is this about?"

"Is that Shirogane?"

"This isn't the circus."

Shiro took a deep breath.

"I recently had the privilege of hearing the most divine voice I've ever heard." Shiro continued, his hands going behind his back. "Now, I know that sounds like nonsense... But I have one hundred bottles of champagne on ice that says this isn't just another sideshow novelty. May I present... Miss Allura Brooks."
