"KENDRA."

"Kendra, your birthday is in two days? Are you going to celebrate with Billie?"

"Kendra it's almost your eighteenth birthday! Do you have big plans?"

"You could call Billie a pedophile. I mean she's older than you right?"

"Kendra where are your parents actually?"

I covered myself from the press. "This is so annoying." I whispered looking next to me. Dakota nods her head, opening the door of the cafe. I fast got in, she followed me. The press got held by the guards.

"The pedophile part was very harsh." She rolls her eyes when we sit down at a table behind. We got our orders, the waitress walked away from us. She eyed me again. "Thank you for talking to me again."

I nod. "Yes. We have been quiet to each other for way too long." I sighed, crossing my legs.

"Kendra. I don't like Billie, really." She whispered for me only to hear. "I was just, a little sad that you spend so much time with her. I barely see you anymore. It's strange to me." She shook her head.

"But why did you go after Billie and not stayed with me? I had such a hard day that day and you didn't even care to talk to me. You just threw me out of our apartment Dakota. That really hurts." I whispered back, feeling the tears bawling in my eyes.

She sighs looking down. "I know. I was just-." She bites her lip. "I was stupid Kendra. I didn't mean for you to think that I want Billie. Because I really don't. Trust me. Please." She pleaded to hold both of my hands. "I was just mad, for no reason."

"Exactly." Or there was a reason but she lies about it. It hurts, that our friendship from years had a hold because of one girl. But I get her, I have been hanging out with Billie a lot without thinking about Dakota, leaving her and Chili alone at the house.

"Let's just forget about it okay?" I suggest. She nods and smiled. We will go back to the old times, it takes maybe time to forgive each other fully. But together we will get there soon. "And I will promise to be here for you and Tayla more." I smiled back. She laughs and stands up, attacking me with a big hug. We laughed and enjoyed our meal together.

"Oh and you get your keys back!"

I roll my eyes playfully.
