Wow! Another post! With more persona 5 even though most of my followers like my splatoon content!
This is Haru Matsuki, a half blind street artist who isn't always on good terms with authority. Before they awakened to their persona, they were deemed a dangerous person because they always had scars and bruises on their skin from different battles from thugs, because they made fun of them for their feminine sounding voice and masculine appearance, but was always able to charm their opponents. Because of their charm, people and students near Kosei University began to love them and their works. But due to the constant fights, they dropped out of school and now lives with their uncle, a famous English animator that moved to Japan 20 years ago. Also, he's Non-binary, but is ok with going by he/him or they/them, which ever you prefer, it doesn't matter.
Their persona is Cleopatra, their ultimate persona is Hathor, 3rd Tier is Philopator, and they go by the code name Scarab. They fight with spears and grenade launchers and specializes in Bless and Healing moves. I just now realized that he kinda looks like a human version of gloves from splatoon
