Part Three: Reciprocity

"I never knew how intrinsic the connection was between everything." I was still speaking to Elva out loud, as I had not yet mastered how to communicate using telepathy. 

"Yes, everything is connected one way or another, weather directly or indirectly. Everything also has an opposing force. In your realm, humans saw this as positive and negative or yin and yang. Which essentially is true; however, negative was always seen with bad connotation, when in fact negative is a crucial element to balancing the Ether that is always around us. Let's take the sun and moon for example; if the sun shinned incessantly, one would think that all things that relied on the suns energy would grow exponentially and flourish, but in fact the opposite would happen. Let's imagine a plant; too much of the suns energy would place the plant into hyperdrive, too much of that constant energy would flood its system and it would perish. The suns energy moves in an outward movement, using what's called centripetal energy. The moon in comparison provides the opposite type of energy than the sun, it provides a soothing restful centrifugal energy flow, it allows the plant to rest, reversing the energy flow. During the day the plant pulls in energy to feed and nourish itself, during the evening, it pushes out energy, a larger amount of oxygen." Elva explained as carefully as possible.

It had been a little over a week since I had arrived. It was difficult at time, but I continued to flourish, grow and learn. As Elva continued flooding me with information about 'what is' we were walking through 'the garden', it was hard to fathom that there was a separate space for gardening when there was so much vegetation everywhere. Elva explained that life requires reciprocity. You take what's needed as it is provided for use, but you give back so there is always enough to keep sustainment for all life equally. There were Fae everywhere. Growing up hearing about fairies, elves, mermaids, vampires and other mythological creatures, you imagine them to look a certain way, but these Fae looked pretty much like anyone else. The only differences where they were, on average, taller, and in much better shape physically, and then the slight point of the ear, but an attribute that could easily go unnoticed. None of them had wings, like you would expect, but they were able to levitate; what they called wind manipulation. They all wore the same material I had on when I woke up, and I soon found out everyone was wearing it only for my convenience. Elva told me in this realm, everyone wears what plants and animals wear, nothing. I told her she could remove the clothing they had on, but she said we humans have been programmed to associate nakedness with pleasurable sex instead of intrinsic nature, so until I was 're-programmed' it was best I, and everyone else, wore the coverings.

Elva and Osirion showed me as much of the Fae's forest as the sun's rays allowed them too. Everything was quite overwhelming. As we walked Osirion would pluck random fruits, berries, nuts, and vegetation off of the surrounding trees, bushes, and ground coverings. The taste was impressive to say the least. Elva explained that most of their food consumption came from the samples Osirion gave me. Meat was only consumed from an animal that passed naturally or was caught during a ritual hunt, which Elva explained happened more often that one expects. So meat was consumed at least twice a week. They also consumed certain birds and lots of fish. I was full from all of the tastings I had.

"The first official phase on your journey, Adaliah, is to have a full body cleansing in the purifying lake of Oshae." Elva said her eyes twinkling, from her trying to suppress a smile.

Osirion spoke up to explain more "Once we reach the cleansing lake it is important you focus on adverting your eyes to try and make continuous eye contact with the Fae, try not to focus on their physical bodies, or you may be overwhelmed with the energy that is given off."

"What will happen?" I asked

"Well," He said with a wide dazzling smile "the energy that is given off is a sexual one, but sexual energy isn't just meant for pleasure and procreation. Sexual energy is a rejuvenating energy that renovates our spirits and even repairs specific cells in the body. But if you are not in tuned with that concept you will just be overwhelmed with pure raw sexual energy. It won't flow through the body as it is intended to, it will overflood this area right here." He took his open palm and placed it between my legs.
