Jennie's POV

As soon as the next week came by, Lisa dropped by my house each morning to make sure I looked extra pretty.

She insisted.

"What, so you're saying I'm ugly, that's why you have to be here to dress me up?" I rolled my eyes, can you believe this girl?

"No," she deadpans, "god shut up Nini, you're always pretty. I just thought you might need some help with clothes or make up."

"Well, too bad Lili, I know how to dress." I mocked, sticking my tongue out at her.

I might sound and come off as very irritated, or seem like I absolutely hated her being here but her presence around me was my favourite thing in the world.

Knowing she was there, made me the happiest.

"I ain't dumb cheesecakes, would it be wrong if I want to see you every morning?" She jeered, "why you pressed?"

"I'm not." I grinned shyly when she scooted closer to me and embraced me gently.

Before the warmth from her body could engulf me entirely, she moved away, hands still on my waist. Her charming smile made me gulp unconsciously until she leaned down and kissed me on the cheeks.

"Alright cutie, we gotta go or we'll be late for school."

That brings us, yes, to school.

We aren't in the same classes but whenever Lisa's class ended first, she would come over and wait for mine before we went for breaks or went home together.

Our first target of the day: Nathan

Couple of things Lisa told me about him is that he does football, is in the student council, has a knack for home economics and is a little bit of a party freak.

I don't know him personally but I see him sometimes with a bunch of girls. And with that I'm assuming, he's a player.

"What would be a good reason to break up with him?" I groaned.

"You'll find out something in these two weeks Nini, don't worry." Lisa cheered, as we walked to the cafeteria.

Before we could make our way to a shabby table around the corner since most were already taken up, I felt some thin slender finger jab my sides swiftly, making me jolt forward with a shriek.

Lisa followed my movement as well, making me understood she's been jabbed too.

So which bitch dared to attack us?

I would have screamed at the person once I locked eyes with them, but it turned out to be the one and only,

Kim fucking Jisoo.

"Surprise bitches! Didn't see that coming did you?" She welcomed optimistically.

"If you weren't my friend I would have smashed your head against the wall by now." Lisa growled jokingly, "and don't you ever do that to my Nini again. You know she gets heart attacks easily."

I chuckled.

"Damn relax limario, it wasn't even that bad." She frowned, before jumping in between us and hooking her arms on our shoulders.

"So, how has it been lovebirds?"

"Perfect before you came around." The blonde answered with a smirk. It's always been Jisoo's thing to say about us so we honesty couldn't care less.

And if I'm being perfectly frank here, I wouldn't actually mind being Lisa's liver.

Wait fuck, lover I meant.

"Well damn, sorry to have ruined your moment." Jisoo pouted, "what are y'all up to now?"

"Screwing guys over." Lisa sneered.

"Wonderlous. Men are disgusting."

I frowned, "we told you there's no such thing as wonderlous Jisoo."

"What," She glared, "I told you, it's 'wonderful' and 'marvellous' combined together. Let me be in my own world Jen, jeez."

I waved my hands over her face, "Okay, pissy ass. Didn't know you felt the same way as me."

"What?"

"About men."

"Are you dumb?" She snarled, "that's the sole reason why I go to gay clubs. That's the sole reason why I'm dating Chaeng."

The maniac turned her head frantically to look around us and behind, "where is my bitch when I need her?"

She only squealed when she spotted the girl she was desperately trying to find at the entrance of the cafeteria, "Babe! Here!"

"Won't you ever stop shouting?" The sweet sweet girl fussed as she made her way over.

If you haven't known, this is our clique.

Just me, Lisa, Jisoo, and Chaeng. But I call her Rosie.

"Rosie why the hell are you sweating like that?"

"Just came from volleyball training, what's up?" She pulled out and chair beside Lisa and sat down.

"Your loud ass girlfriend was finding you." Lili spoke as she rolled her eyes.

"I don't even know why I'm dating her sometimes."

"Hey!" That made Jisoo yelp.

"Sorry." She chuckled, giving Jisoo a soft side hug. The once pressed girl instantly smiled.

"Anyways guys, we have something to tend to." Lisa said as she grabbed my hand in hers, giving me a signal and I caught it.

"We'll hang out with y'all later kay?" I reinforced, rushing out with Lili before the couple had any time to protest.

We made our way to the field. That's when I saw Nathan there. So Lisa really does know her shit well.

"I was about to ask why we're here, but I see why now." I nudged her.

"You got this." Lisa sent me a flying kiss.

My head instantly angled towards her with an obvious look of confusion, "what- now?"

"Yeah, he's right there Nini." She pointed. "Go on."

"You have about..." She looked at her phone, "forty minutes before lunch ends to interest him and perhaps get his number."

"How very specific." I scowled.

"Only for you." She winked back.

That made me groan in displease. Cringe, or was it pleasure?

Welp, time to do this Kim.
