It was dark that night, but the air was still a bit warm. Colin was driving home, whistling while his fingers tapped on the steering wheel.

He parked his mother's car in its usual spot, and he was about to remove the keys when he heard a knock on his window.

His grey eyes snapped to his left, and he found Jade standing next to his car. She looked relaxed, with a warm, polite smile painted over her lips.

The window rolled down, and her smile widened.

"Jade? He asked, taken aback. "What are you doing here?"

She shrugged. "I just wanted to chat for a bit with you."

He narrowed his eyes at her. "Why? I did everything you asked. I stopped hacking into your phone and following you around, I left you alone."

"I know you did." She said with a smile. "And I'm grateful for it."

Suddenly another arm reached inside the car to grab his arm, the skin darker. Colin jumped when he saw the hand, and his eyes widened when he saw Jade's smile turn wicked.

"We just don't feel like it's enough."

Fingers grazed Colin's arm, painted with a fresh coat of purple nail polish and adorned with a few rings, and he recognized too late who those fingers belonged to.

"You're so beautiful." He said the words before he could even feel his tongue move, and his body moved by itself as he opened the door and took a step out of the car.

"Good boy." Alisha purred when the man stumbled towards her. Her arm was still clasped on his wrist as she led him towards the building.

"I need you." He gasped, his eyes hazy and unfocused as he followed her into the apartment complex. "I need you, please."

"I know you do."

Jade fell into steps with them as they climbed the stairs, her eyes unreadable. She had grabbed the keys that were still inside the car, and she was playing with them on her way. Colin was stuck to Alisha like gum to a shoe, his eyes dazed.

He was starting to grope her, and Alisha clicked her tongue in annoyance as she slapped his hand away. She kept struggling against his grip while Jade was unlocking the door, and when she pushed it open she stepped aside.

Alisha recoiled, her eyes hard, and she kicked him in the stomach. He yelped as he landed in the middle of his living room, and his eyes widened when the spell broke, and he was no longer in a daze.

Alisha leaned against the doorframe while Jade made her way inside the flat, and finally Colin looked around, and his heart dropped.

Blood, there was so much blood everywhere.

"It's not real." He whispered to himself.

Jade tilted her head to the side, a predatory glint in her blue eyes. "Is it?"

He crawled backwards to get away from her, his eyes wide in panic.

"I've got to go." Alisha said in a bored voice as she checked her nails. "You're gonna be fine by yourself?"

"Sure." Jade smiled. "Thank you for the help."

Alisha waved her hand. "No problem. Have fun." She said with a wink, and the door closed behind her.

"Don't leave me with her!" He hissed, and he heard Alisha's laughter as she walked away.

"What, scared of me now?" She asked innocently as she tilted her head to the side.
