Third person POV

The sun rose over sunny southern France. You could feel the excitement in the air. Whilst Alexandrina slept with a smile on her face. At a different hotel a sleepy lando Norris watched the sun rise over the city, excited to see what the day held.

He loved the way her soft hands caressed his cheek. Her movements were so gentle yet so meaningful.

Lando got ready and prepped for the day as he usually would, except today, just before Jon arrived to collect him lando sprinted to the bathroom of his hotel room and ran some wax through his hair and sprayed a few pumps of his tom ford aftershave. If there was even a slight chance he'd spend sometime with her, he wanted to look his best. He gave himself one last glance in the mirror and ironed over his white mclaren team shirt with his hands as he heard Jon knocking on the door.

When the painful sound of Alexandrina's alarm finally rang through her hotel room she woke with a sigh.

Max gave her the okay to watch the race from mclaren. The deal they made was for every race she watches in a garage that isn't red bull, he gets to tell someone an embarrassing story about her. And drina knows exactly who he'll tell.

She messaged one last thanks to Lina for last night. Her thumb hovered over her chat with lando but she decided the good news as a surprise. 'I'll find Jon and explain the situation to him, he should be able to get me into the garage' she thought to herself.

Alexandrina lazily walked to her bathroom and began to freshen up for the day ahead. She couldn't wait to see him again. She'd had a few opportunities to kiss lando last night but she didn't want to rush into things. Plus a kiss on the first date isn't too classy in drina's book.

She had a quick shower and did her skincare routine and plopped on the bed for a few minutes to check her phone.

She chose her outfit. It wasn't over the top but she wouldn't be under dressed either. After all it's still Monaco. Green was one of her favourite colours it made her feel confident, plus it was her dads lucky colour so it could bring some luck to Max and Lando.

Alexandrina walked through the hotel at a calm leisurely pace, she had an hour and a half before the race started which would be enough time to see Adriana and then go and surprise Lando.

The paddock was filled to the brim with people and thanks to Lando she knew her way around. Once again names were being called left right and centre, models, actors, footballers and of course F1 drivers names. She smiled for the odd picture as she made her way to the red bull hospitality. Taking in the rich scenes of the paddock.

"So tell me everything how was the date?" Adriana asked eagerly as I set my bag down in Maxie's drivers cabin. Adriana was perched on Max's knee whilst he played with her hair, that boy was infatuated.
