Yoongi POV

Swan Lake by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy, Gymnopédie No.1 by Erik Satie. These are just a few of my favourite pieces of piano music, although there are practically hundreds by now I can recite by heart. Where is the fun in that though?

Playing the same piece over and over and over again eventually turns it into a chore. The colourful emotion's you once poured your heart and soul into playing slowly fade away to, not even a soulless black. No, just a monochrome grey. And now you are sat at the same stool, with the same piano, yet you play in the area between light and dark, colour and no colour.

My name is Min Yoongi. I am a demon. That's right, an evil life sucking creature that shred's your life into misery and rip's out all that is left.

But don't believe everything people say, because here I sit playing Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky. Those words I spoke about the area between light and dark, colour and no colour. Well, that's right about where my life sits on the scale.

'I don't mind' is pretty much my life motto.

Sounds pretty tame for such a despicable creature right? I agree. My life wasn't always stuck in such a grey area, much like the fact I wasn't born a demon, but that's a story for another chapter. It seems for some, the harder you try to prevent something, the more likely it is to become true.

"Yoongi! I've been looking everywhere for you, your playing right? Which song?" Jungkook's breezy voice suddenly echoed around the practice room, barely making me jump as this was a regular occurrence for us. In fact, I was almost anticipating Jungkook finding me. He plonked himself down on the piano stool, waving his hands towards me as a way of saying 'budge up, I'm basically falling off here.' Sighing quietly my weight shifted along the leather seat until Jungkook was satisfied.

"Swan Lake." My voice came out in an almost whisper while Jungkook hummed a response, cocking his head to the side in curiosity.

"It's the name of the piece, you have heard it plenty of times before."

"Ahh, I remember now, please play it for me Yoongi, you promised you would play for me yesterday and you never did." Jungkook' s voice came out in more of a whine then anything else.

"Yes well, 'promise' is just a word, in reality it takes no effort whatsoever to break it." Realising the tone I responded with was harsher then intended, I observed jungkook' s slightly disheartened reaction before turning to the piano keys and pressing lightly upon them, commencing 'Swan Lake'.

Immediately Jungkook's mood brightened and he instantaneously began to hum along melodically with the right hand's tune. I tell you it's almost scary how easily Jungkook can be influenced.

Even through merely humming any person could tell what an alluring voice he has, the tone was almost as bright as Jungkook's personality and whenever he sang it was as if my feet lifted marginally off of the ground.

Therefore, despite all the hardships right now, the corners of my lips were pulled upwards by Jungkook's voice, reprimanding me that indeed, it's the little things in life that make you smile.

It didn't take long for my other closest friend Jimin to discover me and Jungkook's music session, subsequently beginning to create a two part harmony which, in all honesty, sounded incredibly angelic. Ironic considering that is exactly what Jimin is, an angel, something that is immediately obvious through his astounding beauty.

It's also not very hard to figure out what Jungkook is either (a vampire) due to the fact his fangs become increasingly pronounced when he get's excited, which is, all of the time. Yes, we are indeed an eclectic bunch, usually angels do not hang around vampires, let alone demons. This is mostly because of the hierarchy our world has.
