Beginnings

Chapter 1.Arrival

Bella's POV:
I gazed around the large apartment and tried to take in what was happening around me.I had been given the opportunity of a life time to move to Paris to help me discover inspiration in search for the perfect story to write about,the fact that I was here was almost too good to be true.After all never in a million years did I dream my parents would say yes,even without considering the cost factor.I scrambled to retrieve the last box as the men from 'moving stuff on the go' place the last heavy item my fave sitting chair in front of my desk where I write the best stories.'Thank you,' I say when they are done, I escort them as quickly as possible out of the building as I fiddle through my shorts pocket for the $150 cash they asked for.I find it and thank them again then slam the door shut once they leave out of my apartment.

I return to take one last breath taking a look at the apartment before beginning to unpack my new life..it feels.But first I shall call mum who will be dying to know every detail since I saw her
last,after I went through customs.I ring mums phone and she picks up on the second ring "hello darling," she responds calmly as ever "how was your flight?" "Really good and you won't believe how amazing this apartment is and how beautiful Paris is-" she cuts me off(as usual) I sigh at my rude thought as she proceeds with her conversation "that's good darling,really I'm most pleased your enjoying your self..-" I decide to cut her off bluntly(this will show you) I think "But" I sigh while sayin "but you know" she continues "your father and I both agreed it will help you proceed with your talented gift of writing and the fact that your boss expects a story in a months time" "A MONTH!!!" I interrupt "mum I thought it was two months!" "Well plans change dear"says mum "and your extremely talented you will come up with something,I'm sure,plus she says she will promote you if you can do a story better then the last one!Which can't be hard!"(Someone's excited although my family is rich enough I don't even know why she still gets excited at the mention of money) my thoughts remind me as she continues her conversation "so have you seen any cute new guys maybe you
Could find one to bring to mine and your fathers wedding..or
You know you could patch things up with Louis and take him instead !!" She basically screams every word (geez she won't let me forget about my ex Louis she really needs to know I've moved on...not really) my thoughts remind me and it stings the thought of Louis but I try to move past by changing the conversation "He's my step dad,not
My real father and speaking of which where is he?" "He's In his study working hard which is more then your doing now!" (Ouch) "anyway he is becoming your father so you could be at least abit politer to him!" (Ahhhhh!!look what I've done) "geez um.sorry mum" you can hear her sigh lightly on the phone then reply calmly "it's okay..I apologise for snapping just a little tense the wedding is in two months and nothings getting done..I shouldn't of taken my anger out on you..anyway I better go and start the prepping for the wedding,by the way Liam says hi and that he misses you lots..and I love you sooooo much!" (Awww I really do miss my step brother Liam he's one of the best people that came into my life) "Awww tell him I miss him too and say hi from me..I love you too mum and I'll talk to you another time and say hi to Andrew or my father from me" "ok will do..by the way Liam wants to talk to you later.byeee" and with that she hangs up and I am left with my thoughts.
