Chapter 8

*Narrator POV*
2 days passed and Lucy finally went back to school again. She tackled by questions and hugs from her friends. She looked around for Nastu, but couldn't find him or his friends. They disappeared.

*Lucy's POV*
I was walking to the cafeteria for lunch, the hallways were empty, it was just me and the tapping sound my shoes made. That is until I heard some whispers, I started walking faster. "Lucy" it said my name! I started to run only to hear it running too! I started to scream for help, but no one answered, is this how die.

"Lucy!" It's mad, it's mad! I started to run faster and enter an abandoned classroom, I look around to notice this was the classroom where I made that dumb bet with Natsu. I hate him for it. I hear the steps getting closer I slide down the door and cover my mouth so I don't make a sound. 'I feel like the blonde idiot who dies first in a movie' I thought, now I was really scared.

"Lucy I know your somewhere around here. Come out come out wherever you are." I'm dealing with you be creepy ghost here and out of all of the student here, it had to pick me! I heard the steps getting closer and closer, it then started to knock on the door. It found me! It slid the door open and I fell. My head hit something, but it wasn't the door, it was the ghost feet. Wait...... since when do ghost have feet?

I look up to see............... "Nastu?!"

"Hey Luce." He said as he gave me his famous grin that would melt girls hearts, well all but not me. I stand up and give him a glare, "Outta the way" I say as I walk pass him and head to the cafeteria. "Did I scare you?" I ignore.
"Are you mad?" ".."
"Aww, come on Luce talk to me." I shake my head no.
"You know Luce I don't like to be ignored. Especially if the person ignoring me is my girl" he said in a seductive voice and whispered the last part in my ear as he wrapped his arms around my waist and brought me close to him. I squeaked when he did so and he laughed.

"Put me down, your to tall and I'm short it's no fair!" I started to laugh even more, but I was serious. I was tall but he was taller. When he lifted me up my feet didn't touch the floor anymore.

"So where you headed" he asks once his laughter died down. I looked at up at him confused. He sighed, "When you were walking in the hallways you were going somewhere, so where were you going". I looked at him for a second then answered "Well it's not any of your business but," "It actually is my business, everything about you became my business the moment you became my girlfriend." He said interrupting me.

I rolled my eyes and he just smiled being proud, "Anyways, I was headed to get lunch with my friends".
"Why get lunch with your friends when you can spend the rest of your time with me" He said proud.
"That would be a big waste of time" I mutter under my breath. "What did you say Luce I couldn't hear you". He said with a raised eyebrow. I shrugged my shoulders and in one swift motion he has me pinned against the wall.

"I know you know what you said Lucy. So can you please tell me because if not I'm gonna have to...... punish you" he said in a seductive voice whispering the last words in my ear and then liking my neck. I shuddered, he then starts to place little kisses on my neck. I clutch onto my book and he notices. He soon starts to suck onto my neck leaving little marks claiming me his.

He then reaches the sweet part of my neck and starts to suck on it making me release a small moan. I feel him smirk against my skin. He then stops to take a look at me.

Then he starts leaning in, he gets closer and closer. That is until I squish his cheeks with my hands to stop him. "Not yet." I say and wink at him then take off running. 'That was close' I thought as I put my hand over my still racing heart.

*Nastu's POV*
Right after she ran my whole body was still in shock. Others would have let me kiss them, but she didn't, but she did say yet. I felt smirk rise on my face. Key word Luce yet.

I start heading towards the direction she was running at. I open the door of the cafeteria and see her friends and mine with her. I sneak up behind her and tell everyone who notices me to be quiet.

"Luce" I whisper in her ear, she yelps from surprise and turns around to give me a death glare. "You scared me you Baka" she says trying to smack me but I catch her hand in time before it hits me.

I shake my head "Bad Luce! No hitting your boyfriend." I say waving a finger in her face. A smirk appears on my face as I see her face turn red. I wink at her and she turns away from me putting her head down on the table.

"Oooooo Lucy has a boyfriend" her friend Cana said taking a sip from her drink. "Shut up Cana" Luce said making everyone laugh. She lifts her head from the table and pouts 'adorable' I thought.

How is it that someone this sweet, adorable, and kind could hold so much grief that she cuts. I promised your brother I would protect and that I will do for the rest of your life. I don't care if your with me or not I will protect you and I will make sure that your fake smile turns into a real smile.
