" Storm cheered, his familiar golden irises beaming towards the current queen. " Really? What does he look like Bub? " " He has blonde hair and blue eyes ! He was really excited to see you mommy ! " The vai shook her head, furrowing her H/C brows as the infant within her grasp cooed lightly. " He should've known better that I didn't want to see him.. " The divinity mumbled, standing aggressively prior to gently locking her hand with Storm's. " You stay close to me okay? " She demanded, Storm's head shaking rapidly simultaneously to his blood red hair bobbing in sync.
A ray of light shone through the uncovered window, the brightness radiating through E/C eyelids just as Y/N turned her head, burrowing her face into the plush white pillows. " Storm.. " She mumbled softly, reaching her arm out in search of her lover across the mattress before she was met with cool sheets. ' He's been up for awhile now. ' Pushing her bare body off the mattress, Y/N kicked her feet over the bed frame just as her toes touched the cool wooden floor, goosebumps coursing through her entire body. Groaning quietly, the beaut stood in anticipation of stretching her limbs, loud pops echoing throughout the eerily quiet architecture. " Where are you.. " She mumbled, ambling towards the doorframe just as the alien vai quickly folded her arms on her chest, an even cooler breeze making way past her small frame. Rubbing her E/C orbs, Y/N surveyed the lodge for the source of the cold air prior to diverting her attention to the open door. Thick snow covered the ground, higher than what it was the previous night with smaller flurries blowing into the building. Shivering at the cooling air, the mother quickly reached for the voe's shirt lying on the ground, slipping it over her head in advance to dragging her purple toes across the even colder floors. " Jesus baby, the least you could've done was close the do-" Halting her words, the vai panned her vision towards the deep footprints trailing towards the stable housing their Stallions. Without question, Y/N quickly closed the door before scampering towards the window on the wall next to her, scanning the stables for Ganondorf. " That fucker left.. " She growled, Adria's broken stable empty with horse prints tracking through the dense snow. " So your going to leave and leave the goddamn door open at that? " Suddenly jumping at the rapid swinging of the front door, the divinity quickly turned her body to face the being as Ganondorf's bright eyes pulsated. ' What in the ever loving fuck?! ' " It's fucking negative eighty degrees in here. " " Adria is gone. " He spoke lowly, his voice deeper than usual as he slammed the door shut, triggering the alien to jump once more. " There was blood around the stables.. Ashe seems to be untouched. " ' Well good then. ' " What are you suggesting? " Y/N folded her arms, her S/C knees touching as the cold air swarmed her body. " The obvious.. " Venom seeped from his words, the thoughts stampeding his mind of only one suspect. " You're really suggesting he harmed your horse? " Furrowing his brows tightly, Ganondorf pulled the heavy clothing off his skin before setting it onto a rack placed next to the door. " He's in love with you Y/N, of course I think he hurt my fucking mare. He wants to get rid of me for his own personal reasons, not just because he has to. " The Gerudo spat, his hatred for the Hylian growing more raw every passing minute. " I'll talk to him baby. " Y/N smiled gently, leisurely approaching the frustrated voe in anticipation of holding his large hands. " Do not go near him anymore Y/N. " He warned, gripping her soft hands concurrent to pulling her small frame closer to his warm flesh. " Your hands are freezing cold. " " You left the door open and now the entire lodge is cold. " She stated, lifting her short legs up to show the king her discolored toes. " I have Anemia, when my core temperature drops than being in a cooler house isn't exactly the best mix. " " Anemia? " He questioned the Earthling's vocabulary, unknowingly warming her small frame up quickly. " Our blood need's iron to function but my blood, on the other hand, can get pretty low on it. When that happens, my red blood cell count lowers and my core temperature drops. I used to take iron pills but I ran out about a year ago, just been wearing fuzzy socks since. " Y/N gently pulled herself from his grasp, sauntering across the cold floors whilst he watched in anticipation. " Steaks can bring it up but I don't eat certain types... or broccoli. " She shrugged, passing the tall doorframe before reaching her hands towards the bottom of his shirt, pulling the clothing overhead as her bare back faced the triforce-bearer. " Are we going to find Adria? " Y/N questioned in concern about the horses well-being. " I'm going to find Adria, you stay here. " " You going to walk until you find her? " Peering over her S/C shoulders, the divinity gazed at the igniting voe, his golden orbs dimmed as he pulled himself into thought.
