The duo consisting of Leo and Drake convoyed the burning desert and lush fields of Hyrule, nearing the gates whilst the tension set in, the two men sauntering through the guarded entrance to the castle. Nodding their heads towards their fellow knights, the pair hastily pushed through the crowded town of Hyrule in anticipation of reaching the castle. " She is going to be so upset.. " Drake commented lowly, scratching the back of his head nervously. " Yea, I know. " The dark-haired male rolled his eyes, pushing his fear to the back of his mind prior to the double reaching the beautiful building. The guards stationed at the doors pushed the entrance open for their accomplices, Leo and Drake forcing their legs to maneuver as they reached the large throne room. Swallowing the lump in his throat, Drake pushed the heavy doors open to reveal the bright princess watching them intensely, her eyes widening in shock. " Welcome knights... Everyone please leave the room. " Zelda stated respectfully, the remaining souls in the room exiting quickly just as the princess stood and rushed towards the voes. " What in Hylia's name ! Where is Cera and the baby? " She knitted her blonde brows, her face twisting into a scowl. " Cera is dead and the baby is still alive. " Leo stated sternly, folding his arms tightly as he towered over the disguised goddess. " Who killed him? " Her baby blue eyes squinted in aggravation, body heat steadily beginning to rise. " We don't know. He went in by himself then there were these strange and loud noises... like loud pops. " Widening her eyes in shock, Zelda clenched her fist tightly before turning her back to the men. " I'll give you fifty-thousand each for your efforts. " " We don't want your money... It's your fault Cera got killed. Don't ask us to do anything again. " Leo spat, his demeanor had became aggressive towards the princess as she looked over her shoulder in spite. " Get out. " She demanded, the duo obliging as they hastily left the presence of the royalty. " Cowards.. If it was all three of them, then he'd be alive. " The vai's delicate eyes began to water, tears slowly falling down her cheeks as she stared at the floor beneath her. " I am sorry my love. " She sniffled quietly, wiping her face harshly prior to storming towards her throne and placing her bottom on the cushion. " Mila come here! " She called, the familiar servant returning from his order. " Mila, go get Link for me please. " Zelda requested, the messenger obliging as he rushed through the tall doors. ' If he says one wrong thing, I'm going to hurt him.. and Y/N is dead for sure now. ' Pulling herself from her mind, the disguised goddess diverted her attention to the triforce bearer entering through her doors with her messenger. " That was fast.. " She mumbled, tapping her chin lightly before requesting his presence out the room once more, in which the voe immediately followed. " Link.. " " Yes Princess? " The hero rapidly responded, Zelda thrown off by the odd behaviour. " Cera's been killed.. " She squinted her eyes, Link cocking his head slightly. " How Zelda? " He questioned, the princess setting herself forward. " Y/N. She killed him. " She cringed at the mention of the alien, the knight knitting his brow in irritation. " Why would she kill him Princess? " The light-haired voe spoke venomously towards the vai, Zelda taken aback but the sudden shift in tone. " Yes, I did find someone to do it... three actually. " She growled, the triforce bearer folding his arms. " And guess what? One of them got killed and it wasn't even by Ganondorf himself. " He shook his head at the royalty, the vivacious woman jumping from her throne in advance to approaching the slender male. " I will kill that child myself and make sure you go down for it, do not test my patience. " She grimaced, Link furrowing his brow in agitation. " Don't forget princess, Y/N likes me, not you.
