Tianna jumped back, hearing the little voice coming from the other side of the attic. She froze for a minute. Then the voice spoke again.

"Please don't leave. I don't want to be alone." Tianna slowly followed the voice. She moved some stuff over and saw a little creature that almost looked like a toy alien of sorts. It was about a foot tall, had big eyes with a tiny body, and smooth faint green skin. Tianna looked at it curiously. Suddenly, it looked up at her. Tianna jumped again. The creature looked up at her confused.

"Why are you afraid?" it asked.

"Uh...b-because you talked," Tianna replied, nervously. "What are you?"

"What do you mean?" it asked.

"You, are like an alien or something," Tianna said. "Do you have a name?" The creature shook its head.

"You can call me whatever you want," it replied. Tianna thought for a second, then got a bit closer to pick up the creature.

"Then how about I just call you little critter?" Tianna suggested. The creature smiled.

"That works with me." Tianna smiled back, then headed out of the attic. Some of the guests were gone, but Tianna's' friends were still there. Adam was cleaning up a bit and Dave and Amber were talking in the living room. Tianna walked over to Adam.

"Adam I need to talk to you," she said.

"About what?" Adam asked.

"In private please," she pleaded, then headed to the bedroom. Adam just gave her a weird look, them followed her. He shut the door behind him.

"Alright what's going on?" Adam asked her. Tianna took a deep breath, then slowly showed him what was in her hands. The creature was sitting on her palms. It looked up and waved while smiling at Adam. He jumped back a bit.

"What the hell is that?" Adam asked.

"This is little critter," Tianna responded, smiling. "Isn't he adorable?" Adam looked at the creature for a minute.

"It looks kinda weird," he responded. Tianna gasped, shielding little critter as if she was protecting him. Adam looked a bit confused.

"Stop Adam you're gonna hurt his feelings," Tianna said.

"So it's a he?" Adam asked, ignoring her comment. Tianna glared at Adam.

"Of course," she answered, slightly upset. "Now be nice to him." Adam looked down at little critter and little critter looked up at Adam. Then Adam sighed.

"Whatever." Then he left the room. Tianna shook her head then looked down at critter.

"Don't worry about him," Tianna told him. "He will get used to it. Adam's just like that sometimes."

"I hope he doesn't hate me," little critter said, quietly. Tianna gave him a small hug.

"No he doesn't," she responded. "I'll talk to him." Little critter smiled then nodded.

"Now you rest for a bit," Tianna said. "I'll go talk to Adam." Then she left the room.
