"Come on can't this thing go any faster?!" Adam said, angrily grabbing the steering wheel. He was heading toward the center of town. The closer he got, the more he noticed that people were running in the opposite direction.

"What is going on?" Adam asked looking around.

As Adam got closer to the center of town, he just saw buildings falling to the ground and people running away in fear. That was when he saw it: little critter. He was destroying the whole part of town, by swallowing chunks of buildings and people. He was bigger than before. Much bigger. A part of Adam wanted him to look away because the sight  alone was a bit brutal. However, his determination to find Tianna was higher. Adam parked, then stepped out of the car and ran toward critter. Critter turned and looked at Adam, then smiled.

"Partner of Tianna," he said. "Can can do for you?"

"I know what you can do," Adam responded, angrily. "You can leave me and Tianna alone." Little critter let out a loud bellowing laugh.

"You funny," he replied. "I was gift to Tianna." Adam glared at critter.

"I don't care if you were a gift," he said. "You need to leave us alone. Where is she?"

"No need to know," he responded, crossing his arms. "She safe. She need clear mind." Adam slowly formed his hands into fists. At this point, he could barely control his temper. He was becoming impatient. The more critter delayed it, the more upset he became.

"I am not going to ask again," Adam stated, angrily. "WHERE. IS. TIANNA?!" Little critter stayed silent. That was the push Adam needed to snap. He quickly looked around, saw the car, then ran towards it. Little critter watched curiously as Adam ran to the car and hopped inside. Adam slammed the door and started the car.

I'm coming mi princesa*, Adam thought as he gripped the steering wheel. He took a deep breath, then immediately slammed his foot on the gas. The car started heading full speed right towards little critter. Little critter barely had time to react before he lifted his leg off the ground.

Te amo mi princesa, Adam thought. Lo siento*.

*mi princesa: my princess

Te amo: I love you

Lo siento: I'm sorry
