Story:
Todoroki was always alone and sad. It was like he was emotionless and heartless, he had friends like Izuku and the others but he still felt incomplete and empty.
His father named "Enji Todoroki" Abused him which led to his mother "Rei Todoroki" moving away with only him and leaving his siblings with his father.
Rei had told Shoto that he will find someone who will complete him its only just because he hasn't met that person who would complete him yet
