I knew this would happen

Abena's Pov

I screamed.

I broke it.

I fucking broke it.

What was wrong with me last night. How could I.

I woke to find Zayn gone, the sheets had been changed wondering how he did it with me still asleep.

I ran to the bathroom but felt weak in my knees. Last night was full of feelings I couldn't explain.

What if I get pregnant,Zayn didn't use any..........

Wait! He will surely reject the child. I began to cry.

I sat on the floor and began to sob. I checked in the mirror and I almost gasped. Hickeys were everywhere. My cheeks, neck, forehead, thighs.
I should have asked for lessons from Queen.

I was still crying when he knocked on the door.

" Rachael open the door"

No answer.

" Please baby,I just need to check if  you are okay"

" Please I'm sorry for taking advantage of your mood yesterday, please open up" Zayn's voice was husky.

I stood up and opened the door. It was after I opened the door that I realized that I was naked. I shied away.

" I'm sorry, I promise I won't do anything like that with you again" Zayn pleaded.

" What if I become pregnant, you'll..............not accept"

Zayn laughed. He laughed till there were tears in his eyes.

" I  love you and I will never reject something that came from the one I love,sorry I didn't use protection but I promise I will take responsibility if anything's happens"

" Now let's get you showered,can you walk??"

I shook my head.

" God,I should have taken it easy on you,I'm so sorry"

He placed me in the shower and practically bath me.

After he carried me bridal style to the room.

I can't believe it's almost over. Yeah I mean the school year. We all passed. Today was our graduation day.

I had began to feel dizzy most times but I just let it go. It's almost three weeks since my childishness at the bathroom and I'm still limping.

Queen and the boys didn't let me rest with their teasing and foolish congratulations.

" You look exotic baby" Zayn kissed me from behind and smiled at me.

" You too baby" I said. He did look good in his red tuxedo. I was dressed in red dress too. We all decided to match.

Queen and Terry were wearing blue,Drake and Wendy we're wearing Yellow. Sedrick and Freda were all black whilst Oliver and James were all brown.

It was over before I knew it. Our names were called,the family picture.

My mom and Lucas were there and I had to admit,they were a cute pair.

After the usual picture we decided to have dinner but something happened. I felt dizzy as we moved to the car. Zayn held me and  before I knew it I was out.

I woke up in the hospital. I rolled my eyes.

Lucas was sitting by the bed making a call.

" Where's mom?" I asked and he cut the call.
" She stepped out for fresh air"
" okay and Zayn?"

" He'll be back soon"

Silence!

" I know you don't approve of me and........."

" I approve of anyone who is not like my dad and who makes my mom happy" I assured him and he seemed to relax. I smiled at him.

" Oh baby,you're always scaring us" Queen and Zayn walked in and she hugged whilst Zayn kissed me.

" What's wrong with me"

" The nurse will be here with the tests" Zayn answered looking tensed. What was wrong.

" I need to prepare you for  the possibility of what the tests might say....I'm really sorry......."

The nurse barged in.

" Congratulations Miss,you're pregnant!!!"

My eyes widened. Zayn's hand shook in mine.

" I'm sorry Rachael"

" I knew this would happen,why else would I feel dizzy" I chuckled.
I wasn't bothered at all. I was carrying Zayn's child.

I squeezed his shocked hands.

" Hey, don't worry we'll be fine"

And I knew we will!

🤔🤔 Did not see that coming!??
