Abena's Pov

" I'm so scared mom" Kyle said in front of me as I heard Keisha crying.

" Don't look down" our tour guide said as we slowly followed him to tree stop. Kyle clung to me whilst Zayn was wiping Keisha's tears.

We were in Ghana for the holidays and we had come to the Kakum National park. It was a canopy walkway hanging about 100 feet from the ground.

It was actually ropes tied to tree trunks high above the ground. You only stop to rest at a shelter like place built around the tree and moved on.

After the scary canopy walkway, Kyle was almost hysterical as we entered the Elmina castle.

A castle in the Central part of Ghana which  held memories of how slaves were tortured back in the 1770's due to the trade by the Portuguese, British and Dutch's. When we came out my eyes were red from crying.

" That was some pretty emotional news back there" Zayn said and I smiled  at him.

" Yeah,that's why the place was left to stand ,so we could remember how much our ancestors suffered" I replied and he kissed me.

Zayn's Pov

Ghana was a cool country,all those who had bad opinions of Africans should think twice because the people were hospitable even though people actually thought they were murderers.

Whoever said they sleep on trees was a lie. Gosh,there were houses even way bigger than mine. These people were amazing.

" Don't worry we'll come back again,right now I'm sure they miss us, we've been gone for a week" Rachael said.

Rachael and I were working together now. I  didn't want anyone to come close to her if she  decided to work on my own so we both shared an office so I was practically with her always.

I was tired of horny perverts.

I tucked Keisha and Kyle their hotel room as Rachael chatted animatedly with her friends Lizzy and Flora outside.

She came back in a few minutes later looking content. I loved seeing that look on her face.

" We will come back right?" I asked and she smiled.

" Yes,the kids asleep??"

" Yeah"

She plopped on the bed by me and placed her head on my chest.

" I never knew you would end up with me considering how you slapped me a few years ago"

" Yeah me too,you were a jerk back then"

" I guess our loved seemed impossible at first" I noted and she smiled.

" Well it's not now,I love you "

" I love you too Rachael"

We stayed like that till we fell asleep....
