"I kinda snuck out," I said even more scared now
"You did WHAT!" My mom yelled. I crutched up to my room as fast as my crutches would move.
I've been cooped up in my room for 4 weeks, my parents thought that if I was going to have to stay home they might as well ground me. It wasn't all that bad though Faith and Mike would come to see me everyday secretly and ask how I was doing, sometimes they would even play a game with me just like we did when I was little. I miss that it was so fun hanging out with them even if I was grounded, but I'm glad it's finally over. My dad is even driving me to the studio,
"Bye Luna," He said to me
"Bye dad," I say as I walk in the door, I see Siana so I go straight to her I don't see Cassie so that makes today even better.
"Hi Luna," A voice says from behind me. Why, why can't I just have one day One day where she's not at the studio when I am.
"Hi Cassie," I say sarcastically
"How is your ankle doing Coach Val told me how pathetic you were, and how your solo looks terrible." Ohh, how badly I wanted to slap her.
"Wow Cassie just wow, it's really sad you know. You feel so frightened that you have to make all this stuff up. Coach Val was there with me when I fell, she was there when I did the best solo I've ever done. You know what else is sad is that Coach Val made me stronger than you will ever be, know if you would excuse me I have to go see MY FRIEND!" It felt so good to say that to her, I push past her and walk right to Siana.
"HEY, we're not done here." She sounds like she's about to have a tantrum like a 2-year-old.
"WOW, just wow" Siana said to me
"That felt so good to do now come on we don't want to be late," I say to her. We walk to the front of the class without hesitating.
"Hi Luna, how's your ankle?" She asked
"Pretty good, I was also wondering if I could stay late and work on strengthening my ankle and my solo?" I ask
"Sure, I would love to help." She replies
"Thanks" I walk back to my spot on the floor, then I see Cassie walk in with mascara running down her face from the fit she just had. I walk past her and whisper "You got a little mascara on your face" a little evilly. She gave me an evil smirk back and I stand next to Siana.
