The fall of an empire

Charlotte

The dance of a queen

Charlotte

The love of a servant

Charlotte

The friend of a fiend

The stars revile the ones they cannot see

And death is the price of infamy

Here we sing homage to she

Who stands as muse to many

Hear her grieving

Watch her singing

Who is martyred, loud in beauty
