Ps- Hide n seek is basically about minty meeting the whole entire family ( except for joe and kate ofc). They all one by one keep her a secret hidden in michaels closet.

"don't hurt me"! he whispered. "i'm not gonna hurt you, just be quiet and let me explain everything"! i shout whisper to him.

"ok, you have 3 seconds before i scream for help" he started to count down.

"ok, one i don't know how i got here, two i'm not gonna hurt you so don't scream, and three i don't wanna be here as much as you expected me not to be".

He looked at me like he was about to scream, i expected him to do exactly but he didn't. "fine, but how did you get in here"? he looked at me with suspicion.

"I don't know, long story short i was playing hide and seek with me friends then i ended up here" i shrug. "mhmm, curious, you have a name"? he sat in front of me.

"it's minty" he looked at me crazy at first, "yeah i know it's a long story".

"well i'm randy, michaels younger brother" he shook my hand. "i know who you are" i smile at him.

"well...we can be friends then"! he smiled. Sure? I'm not really here to make friends i'm here because...i don't know! "um sure, but you have to promise to not tell anybody" i held my pinky out.

"ok, sure, i pinky promise" he held his pinky out so we could lock fingers.

"so, you like being in his closet"? he asked me. "um, not that much, it's ok for now though" i shrugged. "i've never told anyone this but mike goes in the bathroom for long periods of times" he bluntly said.

"oh no you don't have to tell m-, "and he doesn't use the bathroom because when he comes out the toilet doesn't flush" he cut me off. "um, ok, uh so he doesn't use the bathroom"?? i'm totally confused right about now.

"i mean yeah, i think so, i don't hear the shower run either, it's like he just sits in there doing weird stuff, he does it repeatedly too" he shrugged, picking at the carpet.

Ok so he doesn't use the bathroom, doesn't take a shower, and stays in there for long periods of tim- Did he just tell me he-, "you know i caught mike d-, "RANDY where are you"!?

Michael shouted in the hallway. "uh oh gotta go, see you later minty" he hugged me and quickly left out of the closet.

I fell back feeling relieved. Now three people know i'm in his closet. Him, janet, then randy!? I gotta get out of here.

"minty"? the door flung open. "yeah"? i whispered. Michael quickly walked into the closet closing the door behind him. "i'm sorry about leaving you in here, did anybody come in here while i was gone"? he said nervously.

"no" i lied.

"ok good, i brought you some things" he hand me a book bag. It had a pack of crackers, 4 juice boxes, some chips, and a chocolate bar. He put clothes in there too, "those clothes are latoyas, but she didn't notice because she's over her friends house right now".

"thanks, but you know i can't stay here for long" i looked up at him. "yeah i know, this is just until you are ready to leave or teleport or whatever back to your home" he laughed.

"actually, what is it like in the future"? he sat down i front of me. "um it's ok, the world still isn't a good place" i didn't wanna tell him about his passing.

I don't know how to tell him. "is there flying cars"? he smiled, "no, but um technology got way better".

"i can't wait to see the future! what year are you from"?

"2020" i whispered. (early 2020 y'all, cuz we all know later in the year is ass with all the covid and shit🙄)

Even though i would kill to live in the 70s. The 70s was all about funk, dancing, and afros. I would love to stay here but i'm pretty sure my family is looking for me by now.

"well, do you wanna take a shower"? he asked disrupting the silence, "i'm just asking because, you know, you might feel dirty" he handed me a towel out of the bag.

"yes thank you for all the 'gifts' " i hugged him. "your welcome, if you wanna take a shower now hurry, because my mother and joe are gone right now and my brothers and sisters are out right now".

"yes i do, thanks" i picked up the bag letting him lead me out of the closet. I feel so dirty, i've been in that closet for 2 days now i think, i can't keep tract of time, because i left my damn phone in cashmeres living room.

Anyway, we tipped toed to the bathroom closing the door behind us.
