All the 3rd years were gathered in the gymnasium for a very special occasion, graduation.

A day where students shared tears and laughter. Some underclassmen even confessed to the graduates, better take the risk than not.

"Y/n, meet me behind the gym, near the garden"

You already knew who the voice belongs to so you didn't bother looking who it was. You only replied

"Sure, when?"

Which he answered

"After graduation"

When that day came, you were nervous, scared. What could he possibly wanted to talk about? "Probably about his girlfriend" you thought

Finally making your way behind the school there he stood, his back facing the wall.

You could tell that he's anxious, he was biting the tip of his nails. Jittering

"Iwaizumi-san"

He stops on what he was doing, eyes widened when he heard his name being called. He stuttered

"L-l/y"

You chuckle

"Iwaizumi-san, congrats. You finally graduated" You were happy for him, as a friend

There was a moment of silence. Though it was comfortable, just like the silence you've shared in the beginning

He spoke

"I love you"

"Maki! Mattsun!!" The now former volleyball captain wraps his arms around his former teammates

"Where's Iwaizumi? He should be celebrating with us" Matsukawa asks

"Y/n told me they're gonna meet bear the garden, I'll go pick them up" Oikawa removes his arms from the two, waves his hands and made his way to the garden

That feeling again, it was back, why is it back? You were sure it was gone but now you were just confused

"L/y please, I'm so sorry" He was now hugging you, his face buried into your neck

If Iwaizumi loves you then why?
Why did it come back? Why?

You couldn't respond to his 'confession'. Instead you stood there with his arms around you, crying, confused, scared. You had so many questions you wanted him to answer.

Does he really love you? If he does then why couldn't you breathe?

The darkness was back.

"Iwa-chan? Why are you? Why are you touching
y/n?" Sure he was only hugging you but Oikawa didn't want Iwaizumi to touch you, after what he did to you? How dare he touch you

Still hugging you, his back facing Oikawa. He speaks up

"Tooru, I love her"

"N-no Impossible! You mare her suffer! How could— Why are you saying you love her!? Iwaizumi, you're lying!" You could tell from his tone that he was angry

"Just give me another chance! I'll love her more than you have. I'll give her anything she wants!" Iwaizumi fires back

"Bullshit! Bullshit! Stop touching her already! She's not gonna give you another chance! After what you did!" Oikawa was on the verge of tears, his voice cracks

"Then let her decide! Let y/n decide who she wants to spend her life with!" Iwaizumi lets you go from the hug and faces Oikawa, both male had tears streaming down from their eyes

"W-why? Why in the world would she choose you!? She almost died—"

"Oikawa-san, stop"

As Oikawa fixes his gaze on you.
You shook your head
