"y/n, do you have any reference when it comes to love?" your friend, also the president of the gardening club asks you

you tilt your head "Reference?"

both of you were walking to the green house to check the plants that the other members planted

"Yup! Like, do you have a type?" She waits for an answer but realizes something "OH! that's right! you're dating that 3rd year volleyball player right? what was his name again? the one with the number 4 jersey i think"

you were confused at first but soon realized who she was talking about

"No, we're not dating. He's just a friend" You explained to her, you sounded a bit down while you do

"Eh? Really? you guys totally look like a couple" Your friend said, a bit shookt

"Well I guess we are a bit close. But seriously we're not dating. Pretty sure im not his type either"

you soon reached the green house and started examining the all kinds of plants. There were vegetables like eggplants, pumpkin, cucumbers, etc

"They all look healthy to me Aki-san" you walk over to your friend/president

"We'll water them before we leave. Since its friday today and the club activities are canceled for tomorrow" and with that you both started watering the plants

you were now walking to the gate after doing club work with Aki

She puts a hand on your shoulder

"Sometimes you gotta look around, be more cautious about your surroundings. Maybe your future is just waiting beside you" she smiles

"Oi y/n! what took you so long? Come on! Ice cream is on me today"

You look over to where you hear your name was being called, only to see an irritated Iwaizumi waiting for you

"Jeez if I took so long then why bother wait for me? I'll take my leave now Aki-san, see you on Monday!" You waved goodbye to Aki and sprinted your way over to Iwaizumi who immediately bonked you on the head because you took way too long

Aki glanced at the both of you and smiled then started walking her way home
