Five years in the future
Izzy lies alone in their bed, sleeping soundly. Heath gently opens the door and walks in with a tray of an array of breakfast foods: sausages, croissants, scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, a glass of orange juice and another glass but this one full of water. Her eyelids softly flutter open and she makes out a blurry figure walking towards her.
"Heath?" She mumbles, half-asleep.
"Buenos dias, mi amor." Heath says, smiling. Izzy slightly chuckles - Heath had been making an effort to learn Spanish as they were thinking of moving to Spain together for about a year. Heath had only just started learning, but said 'buenos dias', 'buenas noches', and 'mi amor' quite a lot. And when I say quite a lot, I mean every time he got the chance.
"Buenos dias," she says, her throat a little scratchy. "What's that?" She gestures to the tray he's holding.
"Just a little breakfast.." he places it on her lap as she sits up and leans against the bed frame.
"...little?" She glances at the feast laying in front of her. Sure Heath, a little breakfast.
"...fine, not little. But you deserve to be treated like a queen." Heath says, before kisssing her forehead. A little husky puppy bounds through their bedroom door and up onto the bed, obviously after smelling the sausages. Izzy hides the food. She knows what their dog is like.
"Oi, not for you Dave." Izzy says. Heath lightly chuckles, staring at Izzy and Dave. She catches onto this and looks back at him, grinning. "What?" She says.
" I just... can't believe you named our dog Dave." She rolls her eyes at him as he laughs loudly, and Izzy too, but she stops after a few seconds and has a little coughing fit. He rubs her back and sits on the edge of their bed. "You good?" She stays silent for a few seconds as to regain breath, before giving him a thumbs up. He smiles at her and hugs her gently before softly kissing her forehead.
"You're the best boyfriend ever. I love you."
"I love you more."

This is literally the only idea I had today because I'm sick lol but dw I don't have corona 😳✋on the upside I didn't have to go to school today... instead I just spent all day eating baked beans and binge-watching TNS s1. Iconic. Please bring back the s1 vibes for s8 😔 I mean it wouldn't be the same bc s1 is just so nostalgic but the camerawork is so good 😂 ok so hope you enjoyed this. Izzy definitely named their dog Dave because the dog has Dave eyebrows.
