A Booked Moment.

"Oh right, hey Demyx?" Roxas seemed to have a sudden realization while we were walking in the hall. He stopped walking as I looked at him with a confused look.

"Yeah? Something wrong?"

"I'll go get your folders. I've actually been meaning to ask you if you could check out a book for me at the library. I'm kind of at my limit for books allowed out right now, and I need a book for my English class." Roxas explained to me as he took my backpack off of my shoulder.

"What's the title?" I sighed.

"Romeo And Juliet. I'll even put your papers into the folders and organize everything for you, okay? Thanks! Meet you at the room in an hour!" Roxas dashed off, without allowing me to give a proper response.

The library was more quiet than last time, there were only a few people on the first floor. The second floor, like last time, seemed completely abandoned. I entered the huge room and looked around for the librarian.

"Demyx?" I jumped a little as I turned around to see Zexion.

"Hey, you scared me! What are you doing here?" I nervously smiled as my eyes searched the area around me more.

"My Science class just finished. Why are you here?"

"Roxas asked me to check out a book for him... Romeo And Juliet." I fidgeted a little with my hands.

"Follow me." My eyes landed onto Zexion as he began to walk off and I speed-walked to catch up with him.

"You're gonna show me where the book is?"

"What else did you think I'd be doing, kidnapping you?" I chuckled at his statement as he showed me the way to where the book I was looking for was.

"Thanks, Zexion!" I grinned, not wanting to ask or say anything else that might annoy him.

"Where's your bag? Wouldn't you have brought it with you if you were going to the library?"

"Yeah... It was a last minute request from Roxas. We were originally going to get folders, but he remembered he needed this book so he took my bag and went to get the folders by himself." I summarized what happened.

"Roxas heard my suggestion and made you go get folders with him, right?"

"W-Wait! Hold on, how did you-"

"You don't seem like the type to actually do much unless if it's really necessary or you just want to get on someone's good side."

"We literally just met a day or two ago, how did you know that?"

"I've seen you around before. In and out of class. Your friends are hard to miss."

"Hey Demyx, I'm already done with the folders! I decided to come check on- Oh, I missed something." Roxas chuckled as he walked over to the two of us.

"I guess they are pretty hard to miss." I laughed as Zexion just nodded and took a book off of the shelf.

"Zexion analyzes everything and everyone he sees carefully. He's got a pretty good memory of past events too." Roxas handed my backpack back to me.

"Here's the book you wanted." Zexion handed the book Roxas wanted to me and walked away.

"See? He's not so bad." I walked with Roxas up to the front desk of the library to check out the book.

"Not when he's around books." Roxas smiled as the librarian checked out the book for us.

"Have you told him yet, Roxas?" Axel scrolled through his phone as we approached him at GameStop. We left the library and the school building about 10 minutes ago, we walked down the street to here.

"Oh, right. I didn't actually need that book." Roxas casually took the book out of his book bag and laughed.

"Wait, what?!?" I turned to him, part of me confused and another part of me curious as to why he sent me there in the first place.

"I asked him to prank you because I was bored. He wanted you to run into Zexion. Roxas made up a win-win plan for the both of us!" Axel high-fived Roxas and grinned.

"Why did you want me to...?"

"Axel and I were talking about how opposite you two really are the other day. I wanted to see how you two ended up interacting, and whether you two actually hated each other or not." Roxas shrugged as he stared at a video game on the shelf.

"We've already interacted before."

"Yeah well, that wasn't enough interaction." Roxas picked up the video game and looked at the price.

"That game looks pretty expensive."

The three of us turned to our left to see Marluxia, who was holding a rose in his hands.

"Hey, Marly!" I greeted him while Axel frowned.

"Don't call me that."

"What are YOU Doing here?" Axel looked annoyed.

"I'm looking for Vexen. Have any of you seen him?"

"Why are you looking for HIM?" Axel disliked both Marluxia and Vexen greatly, so I could tell this most likely wouldn't end well.

"I need his help... For the science homework." Marluxia looked away, slightly embarrassed.

"I heard him say something earlier. It was a little something called: Mind your own business Marluxia, don't bother me because the only person who likes you is Larxene." Axel smirked as Roxas sighed and I slowly backed up.

"Very well, then. Farewell." Marluxia walked away, showing no emotion on his face.

"He wasn't even being rude." Roxas looked angry, yet he kept a calm voice.

"Sorry, I just can't stand him... Oh, I just remembered! I convinced Saix to come to the sleepover. Got it memorized?" Axel said his catchphrase and did his signature pose once more.

"No way, really?!?" Roxas put the video game back on the shelf, he looked really excited.

I zoned out and got lost in thought while Roxas and Axel went back and forth with things.

"Demyx!" I saw fingers snap in front of my face as I came back to reality. "Do you plan on taking anyone to the dance?" Axel tapped his foot.

Roxas and Axel looked at me with hopeful eyes.

"You two know I don't go to those things. I just stay back at my room and dance there instead." I sighed, a little annoyed at how popular the topic of the dance was.

"C'mon, we'll all go as friends! That's all Axel, Xion, and I have ever went as anyways! None of us are getting girlfriends or boyfriends anytime soon!" Roxas laughed.

"No thanks." My decision was final, I looked at some video games on the shelf.
