I count the telephone poles to try to distract myself from the nightmare. Note try. I sigh " what's wrong kiddo?" you know damn well what's wrong " Nothing Tony. just thinking." he purses his lips and I know it's to keep himself from asking about the nightmare. I pull out my phone and text steve.
