Prepare For Trouble And Make It A Reunion Dinner

I sat in my mom's car, I took a shower back in the gym's wardrobe after we finished the match and practise, so I at least didn't smell like sweat.
My hair was still slightly wet and messier than usual due to the hurry my mother put me in. That woman just had to plan something right after volleyball practise.

I heard my mom talking about the friend we're about to visit. I started zoning out on her one-sided conversation, my mind wandering back to the orange-haired chibi from Karasuno. Shō had the same hair and the same ember eyes... Is it possible that Shōyō, my little Shō, came back to Japan.. came back to... me?  
The drive took a while, apparently they lived in Karasuno and to top it off on a mountain. Why did this woman dragged me along with her, oh lord why?
We drove past a little grocery store or something like that. A boy sat in front of it. His orange locks came out under the hood of his puli.
Wait a damn minute, are these the same orange curls as the ones from Karasuno's chibi?
I leaned closer to the window as if I could zoom in by doing that but before I could tell we drove past him. I guess it was that moment my mother realised I wasn't listening to her. "Tōru!!", she turned her face away from the street to look at me with an outraged face "Are you even listening?!"
I turned my attention back on her "I'm sorry, mom. I thought I saw someone I know"
She glanced at me questionably, shaking her head softly. I expected, that she would tell the story again, but she kept quiet. I didn't mind.

☀︎︎ Shōyō ☀︎︎

We really won!!! I still can't believe it! After the match finished we drove back to our school. I was excused from the "after meeting" so instead of heading into our own gym I ran up to the changing room and quickly changed back into normal cloths.

I put the hood of my Pulli over my head and I hurried to get home so I could take a shower before our guests came.
While riding my bike up the mountain my phone suddenly buzzed so I stoped to see what it was, only to see a message from my mother, telling me to hurry. I closed my phone an put it back in to my back pocket.
Now I really have to be fast!

✞Time skip✞

When I finally arrived at home I hurried upstairs to shower and change. I hope I'll make it in time! I hoped under the shower, letting the hot water hit my face. I just stood there for a few seconds, enjoying the silence and warmth. Before washing my hair and body. I stumbled out of the shower into my room with one tool around my waist another one on my head to dry my hair. I hate having guests over. I mean how are you supposed to pick a good outfit in time?! I like being in sweatpants and oversized t-shirts at home, thank you! I looked through the closet to find a fitting shirt for my jeans. Without any luck tho. I don't even know when they'll arrive. I better hurry.
I ran down to my mom with the intention to ask her her where my light turquoise shirt is. But I never made it to my mom, in fact I only got to the end of the stairs before freezing and staring at the door.

We finally arrived and I was about to get out of the car when my mom pulled me back by my earlobe. "I want you to behave, demon brat. Got that? We haven't seen them since 10 years and I really look forward to see them!"
"Au au au! I got it! I got it! Now let go of my ear, for gods sake!"
She let go and I quickly backed away, robing my ear.
"You really are a crow of a mother, talking like that about your lovely son!" I stuck my tongue out and glared at her. She just scoffed and left the car.
I trailed after her, stoping beside her at the door.
"Aren't you excited to see him again?" She kept her eyes at the door.
She knocked.
"The Hinatas"
I stared at her in disbelieve, the door opened. I slowly turned my head to the open door.

☀︎︎Shōyō☀︎︎

I froze when I saw two individuals standing in our doorway. That's the Grand King! And he is in my house! And I'm half naked! Wait... I'M HALF NAKED!
I started blushing madly and didn't know what to do nor to say.
I just did the fist thing that came to my mind.... bowing and yelling; what else...
"W-welcome! Nice t-to meet you!"
I ran back upstairs into my room to finally get dressed and to splash my face with cold water to calm down a bit... it didn't help much tho...
That was so fricking embarrassing!!!
This evening sure as hell will be interesting...
