I fell asleep on the plane. I was woken up by my fifteen year old brother. Who was acting like a two year old. He was looking out the window gasping each time he saw something pretty. Once we landed I could see the city. We got our carry on's and piled up in the taxi. I looked out side the window and just took it all in. I looked at the beautiful buildings and even got to see were they filmed a few t.v shows. When we got to our house, I could see the ocean. I had only been to the beach one other time, when I was little. I jumped out of the taxi and grabbed my bag. Then Dylan and Emily walked out. It had only been two days but I miss them. "Dylan!" I said running up to him, wrapping my body around his as I have him a short kiss. "Em!" I shouted a bit louder as I have her a hug. Lucas grabbed my bag and took it to my room. I took Dylan and Emily's hands, dragging them both up stairs to show them my new room. "Isn't it beautiful?!" I said pointing at my room. It was light a mint green color with a big bed on the wall. I also had a small white desk along with a dresser and two night stands. My dresser was a super big one right a cross from my bed. " Wow" Emily and Dylan both said. Both of our houses were the same sizes five bedrooms and three bathrooms. My favorite part about my room is the window seat looking out at the ocean. I was in love with California and I just got here. "You wanna go to the beach?" They both said snapping me out out of my daze. I haven't been to the beach In forever. "Sure I will go get my bathing suit". I said running towards my closet and putting on my bathing suit. I ran down the stairs and out the back door, where my feet met the sand. I grabbed a towel and ran towards the water. I didn't see Dylan or Emily. Some one snatched me up. At first I thought it was a kidnapper, until I herd a giggle. "Dylan that's not funny! I thought you were a crazy killer or something!" I yelled bending over to catch my breath. He picked me up, this time like a normal person. He gave me a piggy back ride until we both fell in the water. Emily came running out, Lucas following her.We laughed and just swam in the water. After about 30 mins, we headed back to the his house. I ran up stairs as I told him goodnight and he have me a kiss. I went into Emily's room and I took a shower. I went to her room and plopped on her bed. "I'm so glad you guys came with us". She gave me a smile. "Me too. Wanna face time Laurie?" She nodded her head as I picked up the phone and called her. After about an hour of talking to Laurie. Emily and I went to bed. I slept on her top bunk while she slept on the bottom. It's really weird, her bed is usually gigantic. When I woke up the next morning,I went over to my house while everyone else was sleeping. I ran inside while the movers helped my dad load all the new furniture. "I miss her so much" I said as I saw my eyes get cloudy looking at all the new furniture. My dad walked over to me and gave me a hug as I cried into his shoulder. Every thing that my mom ever picked out was gone. There was no trace of her. "I know yo-" I need some air. I said running out cutting my dad off. I walked out to the beach, walking along the shore line. I can't believe she's gone. Why did she have to die? I need her and now she's gone. "Hey Cas. You okay?" I glanced at Lucas and looked down at my feet. "What was she like?" He said looking up at me. " you might want to sit down." I said giving him a smile. I told him all about how she could always make me smile. My mother could always make me smile. I looked just like my mom. We're both short and slim with brown curly hair. We both had big hazel eyes and long eyelashes. "I was with her when she died". I let out a tear and a sniffle. "I'm sure you would love her". I said whipping away my tears. "I wish she was still here" I grinned a little thinking of her. "I'm not trying to sound cheesy when I say this. But just know that she will always be with you, with us. Always". He grabbed my hand and smiled. I looked off into the ocean. 'Always'.
