Keefe looked over to see Tam and Lihn drag Sophie out of the cafeteria.
"I wonder what's up with them." Keefe thought.
He nudged Biana and she looked too.
"Hey Fitz, Maruca, we'll be right back."
"Ok." Maruca said as they walked away.
Keefe jogged after them. What could be wrong with her.
Couldn't Sophie just catch a break, she'd been through more that anyone should have in their entire lives.
They soon caught up with the group, but everybody except for Dex, Tam, Lihn and Were going a little slower allowing them to go ahead without completely losing them.
"What's wrong?" Keefe asked Tam angrily.
"It's not important right now. We just have to get her out of here.
Keefe swore under his breath.
They turned to a room and Keefe quickly did the same.
She looked like a mess.
She balled her fists and a sudden look of determination came across her face.
After taking a few breaths she promptly stated "we have class."
"You don't have to, Sophie" Keefe said extremely worried.
"I'll be fine," She assured him.
"Ok." Keefe said although he didn't quite believe her,but he knew she was strong.
She wrapped her arms around him. He melted at her touch. Keefe wanted to stay there forever in her arms, he wanted so badly to be with her.
But right now she just needed a friend
She pulled back and smiled at him.
"Are you two lovebirds ready to go," Keefe blushed as he looked away.
"Yeah." He mumbled grabbing his stuff.
I am so sorry guys!!! I know it's been forever but I have been VERY busy with my sisters wedding, homework and I am now going to be staying with my friends for a few weeks so that was a big change and I'm just trying to get settled.
