In your next lesson you learn about the mirror of erised. The only good thing about it is that Luna is there.

The classroom is quite spacious, there's no desks just a big mirror in the middle of the room. It's covered with dust and there's small scratches covering it.

"Today we will be learning more about the mirror of erised, this mirror shows you your hearts deepest desire. So do I have any volunteers?"

"professor" said luna, "I think y/n would like to volunteer". She looks over at you with a grin on her face.

"This is payback for making me eat that horrid jellybean the other day"

You sigh and step forward.

"Malfoy do you mind stepping your pale ass to the side please" you say

"y/n... uh... Malfoys over there" luna whispers to you, pointing.

The class starts to laugh as you glance over at him, he smiles and looks down at the floor.

"Wipe that grin off your face Malfoy or I'll do it for you" says luna, she turns back to look at you "it's okay" she says smiling. "It's not as embarrassing as it seems, everyone will forget by tomorrow". She tries to comfort you as she notices your face go red.

A few other people have a go at looking in the mirror. Luna sees her mum, Ron sees himself as head boy and quidditch captain and Nevil sees his parents with their minds intact, as thought they had never been tortured by Bellatrix.

Potions is your last lesson today. 'Fun' you think to yourself. "Today" proffesor Snape says "you will work with the partner I assign you and will be making dragon tonic, a cure for sick dragons" "weasley and granger, longbottom and potter, parkinson and goyle, malfoy and y/l/n..."

Shit. You've gotta work with Malfoy.

You shuffle over awkwardly to the seat next to him and sit down.

"You better not mess this up"

"you do realise that your helping me right, asshole"

"What was that" he said, sounding threatening.

"Sorry I guess I didn't say it loud enough" You raised your voice a little but not enough for Snape to hear, "I called you an asshole now pass me the peacock feather"

He reluctantly passes it to you.

"Detention will be given to you if you don't complete this task to a reasonable standard" Snape announces to the class.

A drop of sweat appears on your forehead and you wipe it off with the sleeve of your robe. Your almost finished with the dragon tonic, you just need to stir it together now. Malfoy wasn't much help and you did end up doing almost all the work.

Snape walks around the room checking everyone's potions and so far he hasn't given out a detention but that all changes when he reaches you and draco. You both stand up. "The colour is completely wrong and it smells nothing like dragon tonic. Detention."

Draco sighs and sits back down in his chair, once Snape has gone to the next pair he says "you bitch this is all your fault now I'm going to miss dinner"

"excuse me, its my fault, you didn't help one bit, it's your fault because you opened the book to the wrong page"

He rolls his eyes at you.
