You were right, your parents were proud of you! So was your brother, he seemed to be the most excited. You hardly ever saw him that happy.

Katsuki had already saw your placement when you walked out the bathroom. He had picked you up and spun you around, smiling like an idiot. Granted, he had acted cold and aloof once he realized that the parents were watching, but it was nice to know he was proud of you.

He had gotten first place in the practical exam, which didn't shock you at all. He had earned 77 villain points and zero rescue points (the last number not surprising you much). You were proud of him, which you expressed by hugging him back while he spun you around.

The next morning, Katsuki had woken you up early. He was excited to design costumes, and he wanted to do it with you!

The both of you designed winter and summer versions of your costumes, making sure there was some resemblance between yours and his designs.

You spent the rest of the school year studying and preparing your body. You wanted to be as physically fit as you could become in the time you had.

Your mom made sure to drill her set rules into your head, but nothing could dampen your excitement. You were happier, you were stronger, and you were more prepared than you were before.

Eventually, the first day had arrived.

You looked in the mirror, just amazed with the fact that you were currently wearing a UA uniform. It felt as though everything was only just settling in for the first time.

'I attend UA academy, I am in the hero course, I am a student of class 1-A, and I am following my dreams of becoming a pro-hero.'

You were proud of yourself and your family seemed to finally be showing some pride in you! Your newly bleached (if your hair isn't naturally blonde), (h/t)* blonde hair was down and brushed neatly (if long enough).

You felt beautiful. Sure, maybe you didn't look like the picture perfect girls you'd see on magazines, but you were gorgeous and you felt like it.

You smiled at yourself in the mirror, grabbing your black, faux leather messenger bag before walking out of your room. You headed for the dining room, kicking your brother's bedroom door on the way.

"Come on! Hurry up!" you yelled to Katsuki across the door, waiting a second for a response.

"SHUT UP! I'll be down in a second!" he practically barked back.

Giggling a bit, you continued your short travel to the dining room, where you could smell the delicious breakfast waiting for you.

On the table sat bowls of rice, each with a fried egg and your favorite meat (or meat substitute) on top. You cheered delightfully, sitting in your chair before beginning to eat your breakfast.

Your brother came in not too long after you, sitting down and scarfing the meal down quickly.

"Jeez! You're going to choke, slow down!" you lectured him, pausing your process of eating.

Not wanting to stop eating himself, Katsuki just stuck his tongue out of his mouth and at you. He was a complete doofus, no matter how intelligent technically he is.

"Idiot," you groaned before returning to your meal.

Quickly shoveling the last bit of his foot into his mouth, Katsuki glared at you. "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?" he yelled at you, his mouth still occupied with food.

"Nothing," you responded nonchalantly, smiling playfully as you got close to finishing your meal.

Your father had already left for work, your noticed that he had forgotten to push his chair in. You assumed your mom had eaten with your father, which was why she was now cleaning up the stove. You knew normally your father was the one to cook, so you appreciated your mom cooking for you and your brother, which you made sure to express when you helped her clean your bowl after finishing.
