Riverdale: The Lost Soul

Quiet

1st of May

I carried on alone.
I called my professor in London and told him I'd be studying from home because of personal reasons.
Everyone else left for their own schools.

Sebastian and Florian packed up the car with everything they needed to go back to Harvard.
"You got everything?" Sebastian asked his boyfriend, with a harsh tone, as he was still mad about Ivy.
"I..I do? Are you okay?" Florian responded.
"I'm fine, F. Completely fine!" Sebastian screamed.
He threw his soccer bag inside the trunk and closed it with a loud bang.
Florian looked at him as he walked up to the drivers seat and closed the door behind him, waiting for Florian to get in.
The boy walked up to the car and sat down next to Sebastian.
"Listen, I get you're mad at Ivy, but can we please make this road trip fun instead of 2 days of brooding on how you're gonna kill her?"
Sebastian took a deep breath and looked at Florian.
"Seb?" Florian waited for confirmation.
"Sure." He said, a soft smile on his face, and he kissed Florian on the lips.
"Harvard, here we come."

Aurelia sat with her mom at the La Bonne Nuit, having one last drink before Aurelia would leave for school as well.
"Sure you don't want me to bring you to the airport, you don't have to take the buss."
"No, I'm fine, mom."
Veronica turned around to get another glass, but she was startled by a figure showing up at the top of the stairs.
"We're closed!" Aurelia said.
As the figure walked down the stairs, both soon realised it was Reggie.
"Dad?"
"Hey kid, I heard you were in town and..."
Veronica stopped him before he could hug her.
"Get out, Reggie." Veronica was too hurt to even look at him.
"I just wanna say hello to my daughter, okay? She's going to college, that's a big deal."
Aurelia walked towards her dad and held out her hand.
This was all she wanted to do.
Reggie shook it firmly and raised his eyebrows.
"I understand."
He then left, Aurelia felt like crying.
"I'm gonna go." She grabbed her bag and phone and left as well, giving her mother a fake smile.
She didn't know if she wanted to go.

Liz sat in Ivy's room after she had called her professor to study at home as well.
Ivy entered the room and grabbed a shirt from her drawer.
"I'm staying with CJ tonight. You can sleep in the bed here."
Things were incredibly strained between Ivy and Liz. They hardly talked .
"If you're going down that bunker why don't you stay there?"
Ivy froze at this comment.
"Maybe I will. Why don't you find another place to stay?"
"Sure, you can keep my things."
Liz got up and left, bumping Ivy's shoulder as she walked out.
Ivy turned around and without really thinking, she lifted her fist and smashed it into her bedroom wall. She sank down to the ground and cried.

Sebastian and Florian were almost out of Riverdale and Florian opened a bag of chips.
"Want one?"
"I'm driving, you idiot, are you crazy?" Sebastian joked.
"Well then drive carefully, and stop at that stop sign." Florian pointed at the stop sign nearby.
The car didn't seem to slow down.
"Hey, slow down, babe!" Florian yelled as he tapped Sebastian's shoulder.
"I can't brake!"
Before they knew it, the car bumped into another car and flipped over.
Both boys screamed extremely loud and suddenly everything turned quiet.
