2nd of May
"Ivy!" Betty screamed towards the stairs, trying to wale her daughter up.
"What?!" Ivy yelled back at her mother, not wanting to wake up, it was a Saturday after all.
"You need to get dressed and come downstairs, pronto!" Jughead yelled.
Ivy walked down the stairs and as she put on her shoes, she heard her father say: "Archie must be devastated, his son in a carcrash."
"Florian was in a carcrash?!" Ivy yelled.
"Ivy, how long have you been listening?" Betty asked her, but Ivy took of and slammed the front door behind her.
She ran so fast, all the way to the only place she could think of where Florian could be, Riverdale Hospital.
She arrived at the hospital and ran towards visitors hall where she spotted Archie Andrews, sitting with his hands in his hair.
"Mister Andrews!" Ivy yelled, causing Archie to look up.
Ivy ran up to him and hugged him tightly, as if the world stood still for a moment. Archie did feel better after that hug. It reminded him of when his father was shot and his friends barged in to hug him as well.
"Where is he?"
"I don't know. I don't know where he is or if he's hurt and I'm so scared, Ivy.."
Ivy saw how worried Archie was, but she knew there was nothing she could do but try to comfort him.
"Ivy?"
The young Jones shot up at hearing the familiar voice say her name.
She turned around and found Sebastian, crying and stunned to see her there.
"Seb.."
Ivy wanted to begin to apologise, but she couldn't as Sebastian wrapped his arms around her and hugged her.
Ivy noticed he was covered in bruises, a big one on his cheek in particular, but he didn't seem to be in a lot of pain.
"I... I'm so sorry, Seb, I shouldn't have asked you..."
Sebastian hugged her even tighter.
"Stop apologising, you goose. I forgive you."
He joked and smiled at her, but soon after tears came again.
"I just... The brakes wouldn't work... They had to drag him out of the car... he looked so bad.."
Sebastian had to sit down and he wiped away his tears.
"Is this what he felt like when I was in there?" The boy pointed at the doors to the ER.
"He was beyond devastated." Ivy remembered the night they found out Sebastian was in the hospital.
"Can you promise me he's gonna be okay?"
"You know I can't, Seb." Ivy sighed, she would love to help.
"Was he driving?" Ivy proceeded to ask him.
"No, I was. He kept screaming for me to slow down but the brakes..."
"Seb, this wasn't your fault. Some brakes are faulty.."
Sebastian sighed and once again wiped away tears.
"The car was new, we had owned it for like 2 months."
Ivy took his hand and placed her chin on his shoulder, both stared at the ground, scared for their friend.
