EPILOGUE

After hearing the arguments of prosecution and defence and examining the evidences submitted.This court finds both the accused guilty of the offence hence under the provisions stated in the sections of Indian Penal Code and using the powers vested in the court by the law it categorizes the case of Shuklas vs State of Maharashtra as rarest and declares Capital punishment for both the convicts. The court is adjourned.

(Capital punishment i.e death penalty in India is given only in rarest of rare cases.This was established by Supreme court in the landmark judgement of the case Bacchan Singh vs State of Punjab. The highest punishment for a murder is Life imprisonment only if the facts of the case is lethal the convicts are executed.The judgement also comes years after the happening of actual incident except in few cases.  The whole country rejoiced on the deliverance of justice. Many candles were lit and prayers were offered for the departed souls. Shukla Nursing home was acquired by the court. 

"You kept up your promise Shivaay and Anika. You both finally led my son's culprits to their fate and soothed a mother's heart" declared an emotional Ahana taking both of them in the her embrace

The infamous case of Actor Annirudh Sawant's death breathed it's last today. The verdict comes three years after the death of the actor

The Shuklas were also accused of running an organ mafia, charging exorbitant fees, using hypnosis to deceive and few other illegal activities apart from the murder of the actor. 

Previous month the accused arrested from Fred gang were also executed after court declared death penalty there too. Are the punishments growing stringer on passage of time and the intensified degrees of crime? 

People are seen celebrating outside the court. The prosecution lawyer Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi who was also actor's closed one is also seen rejoicing along with the late actor's family. Let's take her exclusive interview 

Shivaay and Anika walked out of the court with their heads held high

"Mam how do you feel on finally achieving justice?After lot of hurdles and struggles finally candle of justice is lit after three years?" questioned a reported 

"I feel very satisfied with the judgement. This is the power of law! Through this example of mine I will only urge people to not waive off their trust from our judicial system. In the path of getting justice always be consistent and never loose hope you will definitely succeed. I am the epitome of it" answered Anika proudly. 

Shivaay and Anika had also pledged to work for the country and this verdict was their ambitious start.

The Oberois and Singhanis were escatic on their daughter's victory. Anika had finally started opening up in front of her family. In these two years she had learnt that nothing is forever so holding grudges will not lead a person anywhere hence she had started talking with her family. A little hesitation still remained in the air but that's okay it will also be eventually taken care of.  

 "Your culprits are officially punished Anni. We succeeded! We kept up our promise to Aarna and Ishaan. We got justice" exclaimed Anika in front of Annirudh's grave

As Shivaay watched Anika's actions silently he couldn't help but appreciate the fact that she had worked a lot for it.

Apart from the cases ,handling his frustrations to catering to the needs of family she performed everything seamlessly. He couldn't thank his stars enough for her. He couldn't imagine her absence.
