Lena is still asleep when Kara wakes up. She opens her eyes but gets rudely disturbed by her ringing phone. She tries to adjust to the light as she presses the green button to accept the call.

'Hey.' Nia says on the other line of the phone.

'Not that I don't like you but why the headband are you calling me at 6 am?' 

'Hello? Winter prom is Thursday?' Nia says. 

'SUGAR.' Kara curses.

'Is that today?' Kara asks.

'Tues-day. Like I said.' 

'But that's very soon. Why else would you think I'm calling? At this time of night?' Nia says.

'Are you going to ask anyone?' Kara asks.

'No, I'm just hoping I get asked. Otherwise, I will just join our nerd crew again this year.'

'You will join Winn right?' Nia asks.

'Ehh...' Kara starts. 

'There's something you are not telling me.' Nia says. 

Kara sees Lena starting to wake up. 'I'll talk to you later.' she says. 

Nia tries to get Kara to stay on the phone for a few more minutes but Kara had already stopped the call. 

'Who the hell are you talking to?' Lena says while grunting. 

Kara gets close to her girlfriend. 'It's nothing. I'm sorry I woke you up. Just go back to sleep babe.' 

Lena sits up. 'No there is something.' 

Kara sighs. 'Winter prom is Thursday. I honestly totally forgot about it but Nia just called to check on if I was asked to go with someone.' 

'I could ask you.' Lena grins. 

Kara sighs. 'Yes, well I would love to come with you to prom but I'm not out. So I need to make a plan on how to come out.' 

'You want to do that now?' Lena asks. 

'Yes. I want to tell everyone soon. Because you won't be here for a very long time and I want to spend all the time I can with you.' Kara says. 

'You are the sweetest! What are we gonna do when I leave?' Lena asks. 

Kara shrugs. 'We will have to see but I think we can handle long distance. We are both tough and we will be grown up soon.' 

Lena nods. 'True. But let's focus on your plan now. Let's make a list.' 

Kara hands Lena her notebook and a pen. Lena writes on the upper side of the page Coming out kara. She also draws a heart beside it. 

'Your handwriting is gorgeous.' Kara says when dreaming away in the words her girlfriend writes. 

Lena chuckles. 'You weirdo.' she gives Kara a little kiss. 

'Are you sure as what label you want to come out?' Lena asks. 

'Pansexual.' Kara says without doubting herself about her sexuality for the first time. 

'So proud of you.' Lena whispers while writing it down. 

'Now, a list of the people you want to come out to.' 

Kara starts naming the people. There is not a lot of people but she names the ones most close to her. 'Mom, Alex, Winn, and Nia.' 

'Okay, out of these four people. Who do you want to tell first?' 

'Mom, and Alex. Alex kinda already knows but I want to tell them at the same time.' 

'Noted.' Lena murmurs as she writes everything down. Kara has wrapped her arms around Lena and looks with her to what she's writing down. Together they plan everything out. At the end they read the note. Kara had decided to start her plan today. Lena is supporting her on that. 

Lena and Kara make their way downstairs. Eliza is preparing breakfast. 

'Goodmorning, you girls were up early.' Eliza remarks. 

Lena knows Kar is going to shut down and doesn't know what to day. This is why Lena jumps in. 'Yes, a friend from mine called from home. She didn't realise it was 6 am here... I talked a little too loudly and woke Kara.' 

'Oh that makes sense. Kara is never up that early otherwise.' Eliza says. 

For breakfast Eliza made smoothies and sandwiches. Kara and Lena sit down and start eating with Eliza. Kara is starting to get nervous. Partly because her sister isn't at the table yet. Lena notices and squeezes Kara's hand from under the table. 

Alex makes some small talk as she sits down and starts sipping her smoothie. 

'I uhh...' Kara starts. 'Have to tell something.' 

'I'm listening.' Eliza and Alex saying at the same time. 

'Wellit'snotreallyasurpriseforalexmaybebutitmaybeisforyoubut.' 

Eliza cuts Kara off. 'I can only understand it if you speak proper English.' Eliza says. 

'I identify with being pansexual.' Kara blurts out. She looks at Eliza for a sign of expression on her face. 

'I want to say I support you Kara and I'm pretty sure I do but what is pansexual?' 

Kara chuckles but is also still nervous. 'It means I don't like just boys or girls. It means I like people by their personalities.' 

'That's great Kara.' Eliza says as she gets up to give Kara a hug. 

Alex also gives Kara a hug. 'I love you Kar, no matter what.' 

Kara smiles. 'I'm really glad you feel this way but I'm not done yet.' 

'I'm telling you this because...' Kara interwines her fingers with Lena's and shows their hands laced together. 'Lena is my girlfriend.' 

'Really?' Eliza cheers. She goed over to Lena and gives her a hug. 'Welcome Lena. I'm sure you'll make Kara very happy.' Lena smiles over Eliza's sweet words. 

'Thanks mom! Kara says as she goes over to mom and gives a hug. 

On the ride to school on the bike all Kara can do is smile. 'I know the plan was to tell Nia and Winn tomorrow but I'm ready Lee. This feels freeing.' 

Lena smiles too. 'Just do whatever makeds you happy. It will make me happy too.' 

Firstly Kara wanted to tell Winn and Nia at lunch but it's always very busy then. Luckily they all had a same study hour. They go sit in one of the study cabins and work together. Kara eventually scrapes her throat. 

'I have to tell you something.' She says while taking a deep breath. 

'I'm identifying with the label pansexual.' she says. 

Nia screams of happiness and hugs Kara immediately. 'That's so great! I'm proud of you!' 

Winn just raises his eyebrows. 'What is pansexual?' After Kara explained what it is Winn is also just very happy for Kara. 

'But I'm telling you this because I met someone.' Kara says. 

'It's Lena!' Nia yells. 

Kara looks surprised. Nia knows she is right. Lena is laughing very hard at Kara's reaction.

Her face gets all red. 'Well, yes that is true.' 

'You two make such a cute couple!' Nia awhhs. 

'And I was right.' Winn says as he puts on his reporters voice. 'We found out Kara Danvers found her lover in December. Next year on NBC: the wedding.' 

Kara gives him a push in the ribs. Lena just gives her a little kiss. 'You did great!' she whispers in Kara's ear.

A/N: Hi, For the storyline I had to rush the coming out a bit but it's still kinda cute :)
