Although Kara and Lena went to sleep late last night Kara is up really early. And by really early she means really early. It's currently 3 am Since she is out she wants to ask Lena to prom. Kara is nervous about it. Not because she doubts Lena's answer. Mostly because she's a little nervous about how the people around her will react.

Kara grabs one of Lena's favorite books. She is gonna pretend to read it. She knows Lena is going to react all nerdy and freak out. That's when she shows the book to Lena and it says. 'Prom?' Drawn on the pages. Kara thinks it's a great idea and Lena will say yes.

Kara gets to a page in the middle of the book. She grabs a black marker and writes 'prom?' over a two-page length. She also gets out her fineliner and doodles cute stuff around it. But you can still see the letters. The second thing Kara does is make cute bracelets.

A childhood friend taught Kara how to make these cute bracelets and use them as friendship bracelets. It's a little time ago but Kara still knows how to make them. She makes two different colors. One green and one blue.

The blue one is for Lena. It symbolizes the colors of their eyes and the fact they can carry each other's eye color with them always.

After making all these things preparing for the promposal Kara goes back to sleep at 4.30. She has butterflies living in her stomach. Partly for excitement partly for the nerves.

Kara gets woken up by Lena at 7 with kisses planted all over her face. Without having to put any effort into it Kara starts smiling.

'Well, well miss. Luthor. Goodmorning to me.' Kara says.

Lena smiles. 'This is the only way to wake you up not grumpy.'

'That's true. You're right.' Kara says right before deepening the kiss.

The girlfriends grab breakfast and go to the bus. Today it's raining so they just don't even bother and take the bus. Surprisingly they arrive at the bus stop early.

'Can I hold your hand?' Kara asks.

Lena looks at Kara questioning. 'Sure, but are you sure you're ready?'

'Yes, I am.' Kara says.

'You're the best thing that has ever happened to me and the world is allowed to see that.'

Lena smiles and grabs Kara's hand. She places a kiss on it and lets the hand rest again.

Kara untangles the hands and shows her hand with a lipstick mark to Lena. 'I love your lipstick but sometimes it's just annoying.'

Lena laughs. 'Sorry darling, I can't help it.'

They get on the bus and immediately get stared looks by a lot of classmates who also take the bus. When they sit down the staring kind of goes away and everyone goes on with their own business.

'Are you okay?' Lena whispers in Kara's ear.

'Yeah, it was really awkward though.'Kara whispers back while snickering.

It's the first break of the day. It's a mess inside the school. Everyone is desperately working on promposals and looking into the fact if anyone wants to go with them. Lena is not stupid and knows Kara probably prepared something. She is curious to see what it is though.

In the first break, Kara sits at the lunch table with her girlfriend and friends besides her. Lena is sitting very close to Kara and is leaning against her while they hold hands.

Kara is planning on starting the promposal soon when something happens. A guy, most likely from one of Kara's classes walks in with the music. It draws the attention of everyone.
