(Avian's view)

My eyes opened to blurry surroundings, and I let out a loud whimper as the silver chains burned at my porcelain skin.

'Aviva,' I called, my mental voice sounding weak. When there was no response I tried again.

'Aviva!!' I called again, and this time there was a response. 'What do you want?' she sounded annoyed.

'I need your help, please, I'm in a lot of pain.' I replied, as tears of pain built up in my eyes.

"Where are you?" she asked, as I looked around the dark and shivered in terror at the sound of footsteps approaching.

'I'm trapped in a dark basement with a bunch of creepy stuff all over the place, please please hurry!!' I begged, as my consciousness began to fade and I passed out.

I awoke a few hours later to find that someone else's chained hands were connected to my own.

I looked over, and my eyes widened in shock.

"U-Uncle Rido?" I asked, as his eyes opened and met with mine.

"Avian?!" he exclaimed, as he looked at me in horror.

"Wh-What are you doing here? I thought you were safe at home." he said, as he smiled at me sadly.

"I was, until we were abducted and imprisoned here." I said, letting a few tears fall at the mention of my parents.

"You mean that Haruka and Rubi are here as well?!" he asked, as he looked at me in horror.

"Yes uncle, both of them are here and they have been unconscious for about two days now." I said, as I saw my uncles lips trembling and tears silently streaming down his face.

Suddenly our captors entered the room, and my uncle glared. "Where is my niece? Have you captured her as well?!" he cried, as he thrashed around wildly against the ropes that bound us together.

"No, but when we do, we will lock her up like the rest of you." one of the captors hissed, as his hand connected with my uncles cheek.

"Stop it!" I screamed, as I moved my body as much as I could in front of my uncle to protect him.

"Avian, no!" my uncle cried, as I was backhanded across the face then looked up with blood trickling from the corner of my mouth.

"Come and have a go, if you think you're hard enough!" I said, and my uncle's eyes widened in horror as one of the captors twisted his hip into my stomach then slapped me across the face.

I felt my head rock back from the force of the slap and the last thing I heard before I passed out was the sound of my uncle screaming for me.
