In the real world Endeavour and Todoroki had damaged his body to the point of Toshi very nearly dying, but he kept breathing like his will hadn't died, the person who was twisting Toshi's imagination into that playground smirked and contacted Mr Compress who compressed The Stranger and brought him back to the HQ for the league of villains to heal him
Back in Toshi's imagination, he was climbing up the wall until he reached the top, where he woke up back in the real world and thanked J, Endeavour and Todoroki for saving him.
Back in his imagination, he got kicked off, so he began climbing again, but the wall kept going up and up and up, so Toshi began climbing.

Todoroki's team was made up of Toshi for defence, I was manoeuvring and Todoroki for the offensive, Iida, Momo and Kaminari made up their own team.

"I'm not heavy," said Todoroki
"Then exactly how much do you weigh?"
"I am not obliged to say," explained Todoroki.
But by the time that discussion had finished, Todoroki was already being held up by Toshi and me, and then it started, we immediately went after Deku's 10,000,000 point headband, it was quite helpful knowing that with Toshi here, we could counter Tokoyami's Dark shadow with Fire while blinding Deku temporarily so that I'd be able to get Deku's headband and hide it, once we got Deku's team we went directly for the jugular and got Monoma
"Watch this," I whispered to Toshi and Todoroki
"OI MONOMA, IF YOU GIVE ME YOUR HEADBAND THEN I'LL EAT LUNCH WITH YOU TOMORROW," I shouted to Monoma, who heard me loud and clear and dropped onto the floor and handed me his headband.

"Do you plan to keep your promise?" Todoroki asked intrigued
